สศท.3 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการอำนวยการด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและคณะทำงานขับเคลื่อนแผนปฏิบัติการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกระดับจังหวัด พร้อมร่วมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ เพื่อหาแนวทางการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกในจังหวัด

วันที่ 8 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้นายธนกร อึ้งดำรงกุล นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนปฏิบัติการ เข้าร่วมประชุม คณะกรรมการอำนวยการด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศและคณะทำงานขับเคลื่อนแผนปฏิบัติการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกระดับจังหวัด ครั้งที่ 2/2569 พร้อมเข้าร่วม การอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการตามแผนปฏิบัติการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกระดับจังหวัด ณ ห้องประชุมประจักษ์ตรา เฟิร์สคลาส 2 โรงแรมประจักษ์ตราดีไซน์ จังหวัดอุดรธานี

การประชุมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตามผลการดำเนินงานด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศของจังหวัด พิจารณาแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนแผนปฏิบัติการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกระดับจังหวัด และส่งเสริมการบูรณาการความร่วมมือระหว่างหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศของประเทศ และเป้าหมายการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกในระยะยาว

นอกจากนี้ ได้เข้าร่วมการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการตามแผนปฏิบัติการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกระดับจังหวัด เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการจัดทำและขับเคลื่อนแผนปฏิบัติการ การจัดทำบัญชีก๊าซเรือนกระจก การกำหนดมาตรการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก และการติดตามประเมินผลการดำเนินงาน ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการบูรณาการข้อมูลและสนับสนุนการวางแผนพัฒนาภาคการเกษตรในระดับพื้นที่ให้มีความยั่งยืน และสามารถปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ทั้งนี้ สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 พร้อมสนับสนุนข้อมูลด้านเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เพื่อใช้ประกอบการวางแผน การกำหนดนโยบาย และการขับเคลื่อนมาตรการด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศในระดับจังหวัด มุ่งสู่การพัฒนาภาคเกษตรที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม ลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจก และเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป

ROAE 3 Participates in the Provincial Climate Change Committee Meeting and Greenhouse Gas Reduction Action Plan Working Group, Along with a Capacity-Building Workshop to Advance Provincial Greenhouse Gas Mitigation

8 July 2026 – Mr. Praitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics No. 3 (ROAE 3), assigned Mr. Thanakorn Ungdumrongkul, Policy and Plan Analyst, to participate in the 2nd Meeting of the Provincial Climate Change Steering Committee and the Provincial Greenhouse Gas Reduction Action Plan Working Group for 2026, as well as a workshop on the implementation of the Provincial Greenhouse Gas Reduction Action Plan, held at Prajaktra First Class 2 Meeting Room, Prajaktra Design Hotel, Udon Thani Province.

The meeting aimed to review the province’s progress on climate change initiatives, discuss strategies for advancing the Provincial Greenhouse Gas Reduction Action Plan, and strengthen collaboration among relevant agencies. These efforts support the implementation of Thailand’s national climate change policies and contribute to achieving the country’s long-term greenhouse gas emission reduction goals.

In addition, participants attended a hands-on workshop designed to enhance knowledge and understanding of provincial greenhouse gas reduction planning, greenhouse gas inventory development, mitigation measures, and monitoring and evaluation processes. The workshop also emphasized the integration of data to support sustainable agricultural development and improve resilience to climate change at the local level. ROAE 3 remains committed to providing agricultural economic information to support planning, policy formulation, and the implementation of provincial climate change measures. Through close collaboration with all stakeholders, ROAE 3 aims to promote environmentally friendly agriculture, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and foster sustainable agricultural development.
