สศท.3 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดสกลนคร ครั้งที่ 3/2569

วันที่ 8 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 ได้มอบหมายให้นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล พร้อมด้วยนายธีรวีย์ ศิริภาพงษ์เลิศ เศรษฐกรชำนาญการ เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดสกลนคร ครั้งที่ 3/2569 โดยมีนางรณิดา เหลืองฐิติสกุล ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสกลนคร เป็นประธาน ณ อาคารอเนกประสงค์ โครงการชลประทานสกลนคร ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ มีเรื่องเพื่อทราบ ดังนี้ 1) ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสกลนครมอบนโยบายในการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตร เพื่อให้เกษตรกรมีรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น และ GPP (Gross Provincial Product) ภาคเกษตรเพิ่มขึ้น 2) แนวทางการดำเนินงานขับเคลื่อนงานของรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ 5 นโยบายหลัก และเรื่องเร่งด่วน 6 เรื่อง 3) ติดตามงานตามข้อสั่งการของรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (นายวัชระพล ขาวขำ) จากการมาตรวจราชการ เมื่อวันที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2569 4) แผนป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยด้านการเกษตรในช่วงฤดูฝน ปี 2569 5) แผนการจัดชั้นคุณภาพแปลงใหญ่ 6) รายงานผลการดำเนินงานในการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับอำเภอ และเรื่องเพื่อพิจารณาการจัดทำร่างคำสั่งเพื่อแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการศูนย์เรียนรู้การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร (ศพก.) ระดับอำเภอ ชุดใหม่ (ปี 2569-2573) โดยที่ประชุมมีเห็นชอบร่างคำสั่งฯ ทั้งนี้ คณะกรรมการฯ ได้เข้าประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง

ROAE3 Attends the 3rd/2026 Sakon Nakhon Provincial Agricultural Drive Committee Meeting

On July 8, 2026, Mr.Praitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3, assigned Ms.Pawalisa Sirikul, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, along with Mr.Teeravee Siripaphonglerd, Senior Economist, to attend the 3rd/2026 Sakon Nakhon Provincial Agricultural Drive Committee Meeting. The meeting was presided over by Ms.Ranida Luengthitisakul, Governor of Sakon Nakhon Province, at the Multi-Purpose Building, Sakon Nakhon Irrigation Project. The key informational matters acknowledged during the session were as follows: 1) The Governor of Sakon Nakhon delivered policy directives focused on driving agricultural initiatives to boost farmers’ income and expand the agricultural Gross Provincial Product (GPP); 2) Operational guidelines aligned with the Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives’ 5 core policies and 6 urgent agendas; 3) Follow-up actions in response to the directives issued by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Mr.Watcharapol Khaokham) during his official inspection visit on June 12, 2026; 4) The 2026 rainy season agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation plan; 5) The grading framework for Large-Scale Agricultural Plots (Mega Farms); and 6) Progress reports regarding agricultural driving initiatives at the district level. Additionally, the meeting reviewed and approved a draft order appointing the new committee members for the Learning Center for Increasing Agricultural Product Production Efficiency at the district level for the 2026–2030 term. The committee members attended the session in full.
