สศท.3 เข้าร่วมประชุมประชาพิจารณ์ (ร่าง) แผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของจังหวัดหนองคาย ระยะ 5 ปี (พ.ศ.2571-2575)

วันที่ 13 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวนการสักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 เข้าร่วมประชุมประชาพิจารณ์เพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็น (ร่าง) แผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของจังหวัดหนองคาย ระยะ 5 ปี (พ.ศ.2571-2575) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2569 ณ ห้องประชุมนาคารา 1 โรงแรมรอยัลนาคาราและ คอนเวนชั่นเซ็นเตอร์ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดหนองคาย โดยมี นายกิตติศักดิ์ ธีระวัฒนา รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดหนองคาย เป็นประธาน เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการจัดทำแผนฯ ในการรับฟังและได้มาซึ่งข้อคิดเห็น ข้อสังเกต ข้อเสนอแนะ และข้อวิจารณ์ที่ต้องคำนึงถึงความต้องการ และศักยภาพของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย ในการนี้ มีผู้เข้าร่วมประชุมประกอบด้วยคณะทำงานฯ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ทั้งภายในและภายนอกสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ในระดับจังหวัด เข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพียง

ROAE3 Participated meeting attendance public hearing on the draft 5-year Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan for Nong Khai Province (2028-2032). On July 13, 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silaphat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3) attended a public hearing to gather opinions on the draft 5-Year Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan for Nong Khai Province (2028-2032) for the 2026 fiscal year. At the Nakaik1 Meeting Room, Royal Nakara Hotel and Convention Center, Nong Khai Province, and was chaired by Mr. Kittisak Teerawattana, Vice Governor of Nong Khai Province. To ensure the effective formulation of the plan, a meeting was convened to gather opinions, observations, suggestions, and critiques, while duly considering the needs and capacities of stakeholders. The meeting was attended by the working group members, heads of government agencies, and personnel from both within and outside the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives at the provincial level. who participated actively and in full attendance.
