วันที่ 27 สิงหาคม 2568 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้ นางสาววิภาวี ศรีทาสร้อยนักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดอุดรธานี ครั้งที่ 8/2569 โดยมีนายนายธิติ โลหะปิยะพรรณ ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เป็นประธานการประชุม ณ ห้องประชุมพระพุทธบาทบัวบก ศาลากลางจังหวัดอุดรธานี ชั้น 6 อาคาร 2 ถนนอธิบดี ตำบลหมากแข้ง อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุดรธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน รวมถึงเฝ้าระวัง ติดตาม รายงานสถานการณ์ แจ้งเตือน และให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยด้านการเกษตรอย่างเป็นระบบ รวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพโดยมีวาระเพื่อทราบ และเพื่อพิจารณา ดังนี้ 1) สถานการณ์อุตุนิยมวิทยา 2) สถานการณ์น้ำการบริหารจัดการน้ำ 3) มาตรการป้องกันและและแก้ไขปัญหาการเผาในพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม ปี 2569/70 และชุดโครงการของหน่วยงานในสังกัด 4) พื้นที่เป้าหมายจังหวัดอุดรธานีที่จะเข้าร่วมมาตรการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการเผาในพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม ปี 2569/70 5) แบบฟอร์ม ผลการพิจารณาโครงการเพื่อป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหา การเผาในพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม และ 6) พิจารณาคัดเลือกโครงการที่เหมาะสม สอดคล้องกับบริบทของแต่ละพื้นที่ เพื่อเสนอหน่วยงานเจ้าของโครงการ พิจารณาให้การสนับสนุนแก่เกษตรกรเพื่อทำการปรับเปลี่ยนวิธีการผลิตหรือวิธีการจัดการเศษวัสดุเหลือใช้ตามแนวทางของโครงการ โดยมีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ผู้แทนหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ คณะกรรมการศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดอุดรธานี และเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมประชุมโดยพร้อมเพรียงกัน

ROAE3 Attends the 8th Meeting (Fiscal Year 2026) of the Udon Thani Provincial Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Response Committee
On August 27, 2025, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of The 3rd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE3), assigned Ms. Wipawee Srithasroi, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, to attend the 8th Meeting (Fiscal Year 2026) of the Agricultural Development Driving Committee of Udon Thani Province. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Thiti Lohapiyaphan, Inspector-General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and held at the Phra Phutthabat Bua Bok Meeting Room, 6th Floor, Building 2, Udon Thani Provincial Hall, Athibodi Road, Mak Khaeng Subdistrict, Mueang District, Udon Thani Province.
The meeting aimed to drive forward the prevention and resolution of agricultural disaster-related issues in line with current conditions, as well as to monitor, track, report, provide early warnings, and assist farmers affected by agricultural disasters in a systematic, timely, and efficient manner.
Agenda items for acknowledgment and consideration included:

1. Meteorological situation update
2. Water situation and water management
3. Measures for the prevention and resolution of agricultural burning issues for the 2026/27 crop year, and related project packages from affiliated agencies
4. Target areas in Udon Thani Province for participation in the 2026/27 agricultural burning prevention and resolution measures
5. Forms for reporting the results of project considerations related to the prevention and resolution of agricultural burning
6. Selection of appropriate projects aligned with the context of each area, for submission to the responsible project agencies to consider providing support to farmers in adjusting production methods or managing agricultural waste in accordance with project guidelines
   The meeting was attended by heads of government agencies and their representatives, members of the Udon Thani Provincial Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Response Committee, and relevant officials.
