วันอังคารที่ 25 สิงหาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) พร้อมด้วย นายธนกร อึ้งดำรงกุล นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนปฏิบัติการ เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะทำงานด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศจังหวัดอุดรธานี ครั้งที่ 3/2569 เพื่อร่วมติดตามและขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานด้านการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกของจังหวัดอุดรธานีให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
การประชุมครั้งนี้ มีวาระสำคัญในการนำเสนอผลการติดตามความก้าวหน้าและการดำเนินงานตาม แผนการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกระดับจังหวัด พ.ศ. 2567–2569 ของจังหวัดอุดรธานี รวมทั้งร่วมทบทวนและพิจารณา (ร่าง) แผนการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกสุทธิเป็นศูนย์ (Net Zero GHG Emission) และ (ร่าง) แผนมุ่งสู่ความเป็นกลางทางคาร์บอน (Carbon Neutrality) ของจังหวัด
นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมยังได้ร่วมทบทวน (ร่าง) แบบจำลองการพัฒนาทางธุรกิจ (Business Model) ของจังหวัด เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศสามารถนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม สอดคล้องกับบริบทของพื้นที่ และสนับสนุนการพัฒนาจังหวัดอุดรธานีไปสู่การลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกและการเติบโตอย่างยั่งยืน ทั้งนี้ สศท.3 ให้ความสำคัญกับการบูรณาการข้อมูลด้านเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรและการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ เพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผนและกำหนดแนวทางการพัฒนาภาคเกษตรที่สามารถรับมือกับผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ ควบคู่ไปกับการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ROAE 3 Participates in the 3rd Meeting of the Udon Thani Provincial Climate Change Working Group, 2026

On Tuesday, August 25, 2026, Mr. Paitoon Seelapat, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 3 (ROAE 3), together with Mr. Thanakorn Ungdumrongkul, Policy and Planning Analyst, Practitioner Level, participated in the 3rd Meeting of the Udon Thani Provincial Climate Change Working Group, 2026. The meeting focused on monitoring and driving the province’s greenhouse gas reduction efforts in accordance with established targets.
A key agenda item was the presentation of progress and implementation results under the Provincial Greenhouse Gas Reduction Plan for 2024–2026 of Udon Thani Province. The meeting also reviewed the Draft Net Zero GHG Emission Plan and the Draft Carbon Neutrality Plan for the province.
In addition, the working group reviewed the Draft Business Model for Udon Thani Province to ensure that climate change initiatives can be translated into concrete actions, align with the local context, and support the province’s transition toward reduced greenhouse gas emissions and sustainable growth. ROAE 3 places importance on integrating agricultural economic data and climate change information to support planning and the development of agricultural strategies that enhance resilience to climate change impacts while contributing effectively to greenhouse gas emission reductions.
