สศท.3 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดหนองคาย ครั้งที่ 3/2569

วันที่ 31 สิงหาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 และ นางสาวนวลขจร หงส์นคร เศรษฐกรชำนาญการ เจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดหนองคาย ครั้งที่ 3/2569 มีนางสุวรรณี ศิริวรรณ์หอม เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดหนองคาย เป็นประธานการประชุม โดยมีวาระสำคัญเพื่อพิจารณา คือ ผลการจัดชั้นคุณภาพและถอดบทเรียนแปลงใหญ่ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 เป้าหมายในการดำเนินการจัดชั้นคุณภาพในปี 2569 จังหวัดหนองคาย รวม 4 หน่วยงาน จำนวน 24 แปลง ได้แก่ 1) กรมส่งเสริมการเกษตร จำนวน 13 แปลง 2) กรมการข้าว จำนวน 5 แปลง 3) การยางแห่งประเทศไทย จำนวน 5 แปลง 4) สำนักงานการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม จำนวน 1 แปลง ซึ่งของกรมปศุสัตว์ จำนวน 1 แปลง มีการยกเลิก โดยที่ประชุมมีมติเห็นชอบ และมีเพิ่มวาระอื่น ๆ เรื่องแจ้งระบบ Call Broadcast เพื่อเตือนภัยปริมาณน้ำโขงจะล้นตลิ่ง จ.หนองคาย และการขับเคลื่อนการเกษตรไทยด้วยวิสัยทัศน์ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนกระทรวงเกษตรฯ ด้วย Innovation Thanking โดย ผอ.สศท.3 เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการเพิ่มรายได้จากสินค้าเกษตรด้วย Q-Restausrant ตามนโยบายท่านรองนายกฯ ยศนันท์ วงศ์สวัสดิ์ ทั้งนี้มีคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดหนองคาย เข้าร่วมประชุมกันอย่างพร้อมเพียง

ROAE3 Participates in the 3rd/2026 Meeting of the Nong Khai Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee.

On August 31, 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3, (ROAE3) together with Ms. Nounkajorn Hongnakhon Senior Economist, Staff from the Research and Evaluation Division attended the 3rd/2026 meeting of the Nong Khai Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee at Phra Sai Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Nong Khai Provincial Hall. The meeting was chaired by Mrs. Suwannee Siriwanhom, Nong Khai Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Officer

A key agenda item for consideration is the outcome of the quality classification and lessons-learned analysis for the “Large-Scale Farm” (Plot-Yai) program for Fiscal Year 2026. The target for quality classification in 2026 for Nong Khai Province covers a total of 4 agencies and 24 plots, namely: 1) Department of Agricultural Extension: 13 plots; 2) Rice Department: 5 plots; 3) Rubber Authority of Thailand: 5 plots; 4) Agricultural Land Reform Office: 1 plot. One plot belonging to the Department of Livestock Development has been cancelled. The meeting passed a resolution of approval and added other agenda items, including a notification regarding the Call Broadcast system designed to warn of potential Mekong River bank overflow in Nong Khai Province and Driving Thai agriculture through a strategic vision to propel the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives using “Innovation Thinking”—presented by the Director of the ROAE3 To serve as a guideline for increasing revenue from agricultural products through the “Q-Restaurant” project, in alignment with the policy of Deputy Prime Minister Yotsanan Wongsawat.
