สศท.3 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดอุดรธานี ครั้งที่ 6/2569

วันที่ 24 สิงหาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 พร้อมด้วยนายธีรวีย์ ศิริภาพงษ์เลิศ เศรษฐกรชำนาญการ เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดอุดรธานี ครั้งที่ 6/2569 โดยมีนายสมชาย จงบัญญัติ เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นประธาน ณ ห้องประชุมพระพุทธบาทบัวบก ชั้น 6 อาคาร 2 ศาลากลางจังหวัดอุดรธานี

ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ มีเรื่องเพื่อทราบ ดังนี้ 1) ผลการประชุมตรวจติดตามผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนการตรวจราชการ ของผู้ตรวจราชการ เขตที่ 10 ปีงบประมาณ 2569 รอบที่ 2 2) การจัดทำแผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของอุดรธานี (พ.ศ.2571-2575) 3) การดำเนินโครงการ 1 ล้านธุง 1 ล้านดวงใจ โยงใยพืชสวนโลก และ 4) การถอดบทเรียนแปลงใหญ่ และมีเรื่องเพื่อพิจารณา ดังนี้ 1) การยกเลิกกลุ่มแปลงใหญ่ที่ไม่ได้ดำเนินการ 2) การรับรองการจัดตั้งแปลงใหญ่ 3) การรับรองผลการจัดชั้นคุณภาพแปลงใหญ่ และ 4) ร่างคำสั่งแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการศูนย์เรียนรู้การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร (ศพก.) ระดับอำเภอ โดยที่ประชุมมีมติเห็นชอบ ซึ่งในที่ประชุมครั้งนี้ นายธีรวีย์ ศิริภาพงษ์เลิศ ได้นำเสนอผลงานวิจัย เรื่อง การศึกษาต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนมะม่วงน้ำดอกไม้เพื่อการส่งออก กรณีศึกษา อำเภอหนองวัวซอ จังหวัดอุดรธานี เพื่อให้ที่ประชุมรับทราบผลการวิจัย และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อไป ในการนี้ มีคณะกรรมการฯ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียงกัน

ROAE3 Attends the 6th/2026 Udon Thani Provincial Agricultural Drive Committee Meeting.

On August 24, 2026, Mr.Praiton Silapat, Director of the 3rd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics, along with Mr.Teeravee Siripaphonglerd, Senior Economist, attended the 6th/2026 Udon Thani Provincial Agricultural Drive Committee Meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr.Somchai Jongbunyat, Udon Thani Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Officer, at the Phra Phutthabat Bua Bok Meeting Room, 6th Floor, Building 2, Udon Thani City Hall.

The key informational matters acknowledged during the session were as follows: 1) The results of the monitoring meeting on operational performance according to the 2nd round of the Inspector General’s Inspection Plan for Region 10, FY2026; 2) The formulation of the Udon Thani Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan (2028–2032); 3) The implementation of the “1 Million Tung, 1 Million Hearts, Connecting the World Horticultural Exposition” project; and 4) The lessons learned from the Large-Scale Agricultural Plot scheme. Additionally, the meeting reviewed and approved four key items: 1) The cancellation of inactive Large-Scale Agricultural Plot groups; 2) The certification of new Large-Scale Agricultural Plot establishments; 3) The certification of quality classification results for Large-Scale Agricultural Plots; and 4) The draft order appointing the committee members for the Learning Center for Increasing Agricultural Product Production Efficiency at the district level. During the session, Mr.Teeravee Siripaphonglerd presented the research findings on “A Study of Costs and Returns of Nam Dok Mai Mango for Export: A Case Study of Nong Wua So District, Udon Thani Province” during the session, allowing the meeting to acknowledge the research results for relevant agencies to utilize moving forward. The committee members, heads of government agencies, and officials under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives attended the session in full.
