สศท.3 ร่วมลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการและติดตามงานตามนโยบายของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ของรัฐนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (นางสาวปิยะรัฐชย์ ติยะไพรัช) ณ ตลาดกลางรวบรวมผลผลิตสหกรณ์การเกษตรท่าบ่อ จำกัด ตำบลบ้านเดื่อ อำเภอท่าบ่อ จังหวัดหนองคาย

เมื่อวันที่ 25 ตุลาคม 2569 นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล รักษาราชการผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้ นางสาวกรรณิกา บุญชิต ผู้อำนวยการส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร (ผอ.สสส.) และนางสาววิภาวี ศรีทาสร้อย นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ ร่วมลงพื้นที่ของรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (นางสาวปิยะรัฐชย์ ติยะไพรัช) โดยมี นายศรัณย์ศักด์ ศรีเครือเนตร ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดหนองคาย หัวหน้าส่วนราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดหนองคาย ให้การต้อนรับและร่วมลงพื้นที่ โดยในการตรวจราชการของ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ รับฟังรายงานภาพรวมการดำเนินงานของสถาบันเกษตรกรในจังหวัดหนองคาย และผลการดำเนินงานของสหกรณ์การเกษตรท่าบ่อ จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นสหกรณ์ขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ มีสมาชิกจำนวน 4,236 คน มีปริมาณธุรกิจรวมกว่า 639 ล้านบาท และรวบรวมผลผลิตข้าวเปลือกจากสมาชิกกว่า 7,316 ตัน มูลค่ากว่า 61 ล้านบาท พร้อมทั้งมอบปัจจัยการผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุงบำรุงดิน ได้แก่ น้ำหมักชีวภาพและเมล็ดพันธุ์ปอเทือง จำนวน 100 ชุด ให้แก่ตัวแทนเกษตรกร ตลอดจนพบปะเกษตรกรและมอบแนวทางการดำเนินงานสหกรณ์การเกษตรท่าบ่อ จำกัด ทั้งนี้มีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่ภายในและภายนอกสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และกลุ่มเกษตรกรเข้าร่วมลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการอย่างพร้อมเพรียงกัน

ROAE Region 3 Participates in Inspection and Monitoring Tour of Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives Policies Led by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Ms. Piyaratchaya Tiyapairat) at Tha Bo Agricultural Cooperative Ltd. Central Produce Collection Center, Ban Duea Subdistrict, Tha Bo District, Nong Khai Province

On October 25, 2026, Ms. Pawarisa Sirikul, Acting Director of the Regional 3rd Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE 3), assigned Ms. Kannika Bunchit, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, and Ms. Wipawee Sritasroy, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, to participate in the field inspection tour conducted by Ms. Piyaratchaya Tiyapairat, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives.

The Deputy Minister was received and welcomed by Mr. Saransak Srikruanate, Governor of Nong Khai Province, alongside heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Nong Khai Province. During the inspection, the Deputy Minister received a briefing on the operational overview of farmers’ institutions in Nong Khai Province and the operational performance of the Tha Bo Agricultural Cooperative Ltd. As an extra-large cooperative comprising 4,236 members, it generates a total business volume exceeding 639 million baht, procures over 7,316 tons of paddy rice from members valued at more than 61 million baht, and distributes 100 sets of soil improvement inputs—including bio-extracts and sunn hemp seeds—to farmer representatives. Furthermore, she met with farmers and delivered operational guidelines for the Tha Bo Agricultural Cooperative Ltd. The field inspection tour was attended by heads of government agencies and officials from both within and outside the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, local administrative organizations, and farmer groups in a full and unified capacity.
