สศท.3 ร่วมลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการและติดตามงานตามนโยบายของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ของรัฐนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (นางสาวปิยะรัฐชย์ ติยะไพรัช) ณ กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนเกษตรปลอดภัยบ้านไร่ชมภู บ้านโคกพัฒนา ม.10 ตำบลนาหนัง อำเภอโพนพิสัย จังหวัดหนองคาย

เมื่อวันที่ 26 ตุลาคม 2569 นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล รักษาราชการผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้ นางสาวกรรณิกา บุญชิต ผู้อำนวยการส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร (ผอ.สสส.) และนางสาววิภาวี ศรีทาสร้อย นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ ร่วมลงพื้นที่ของรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (นางสาวปิยะรัฐชย์ ติยะไพรัช) โดยมี นายไพฑูรย์ มหาชื่นใจ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดหนองคาย กล่าวตอนรับพร้อมด้วย หัวหน้าส่วนราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดหนองคาย ให้การต้อนรับ ในการนี้ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ รับฟังรายงานภาพรวมการดำเนินงานของเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ (Young Smart Farmer : YSF) จังหวัดหนองคาย และผลการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนเกษตรปลอดภัยบ้านไร่ชมภู โดยนายอิทธิเชษฐ์ ชมภู ประธานกลุ่ม ซึ่งเป็นต้นแบบการทำเกษตรผสมผสานและการนำเทคโนโลยีมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการผลิต ปัจจุบันมีสมาชิก 20 คน ดำเนินกิจกรรมด้านการผลิตปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ การแปรรูปสินค้าเกษตร เกษตรปลอดการเผา และการบริหารจัดการน้ำอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมกันนี้ ได้ร่วมเสวนากับเครือข่าย Young Smart Farmer จังหวัดหนองคาย จำนวน 50 คน เพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็น ปัญหา และข้อเสนอในการพัฒนาภาคเกษตร พร้อมมอบนโยบายและแนวทางการดำเนินงาน ตลอดจนมอบปัจจัยการผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุงบำรุงดิน ให้แก่ตัวแทนเกษตรกร และเยี่ยมชมผลิตภัณฑ์ของเกษตรกรรุ่นใหม่ รวมถึงกลุ่มอาชีพในชุมชน เพื่อส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพเกษตรกร การใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม เพิ่มมูลค่าผลผลิต และสร้างโอกาสในการประกอบอาชีพอย่างยั่งยืน ทั้งนี้มีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่ภายในและภายนอกสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และกลุ่มเกษตรกรเข้าร่วมลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการอย่างพร้อมเพรียงกัน

ROAE Region 3 Participates in Inspection and Monitoring Tour of Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives Policies Led by Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Ms. Piyaratchaya Tiyapairat) at Ban Rai Chomphu Safe Agriculture Community Enterprise Group, Ban Khok Phatthana, Moo 10, Na Nang Subdistrict, Phon Phisai District, Nong Khai Province

On October 26, 2026, Ms. Pawarisa Sirikul, Acting Director of the Regional 3rd Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE 3), assigned Ms. Kannika Bunchit, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, and Ms. Wipawee Sritasroy, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, to participate in the field inspection tour conducted by Ms. Piyaratchaya Tiyapairat, The Deputy Minister was received and welcomed by Mr. Paitoon Mahachuenjai, Vice Governor of Nong Khai Province, together with heads of government agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Nong Khai Province. On this occasion, the Deputy Minister received an overview report on the Young Smart Farmers (YSF) network in Nong Khai Province and the performance of the Ban Rai Chomphu Safe Agriculture Community Enterprise Group, presented by Group President Mr. Itthichet Chomphu. Serving as a model for integrated agriculture and the application of technology in production, the group currently has 20 members engaging in organic fertilizer production, agricultural product processing, zero-burn agriculture, and efficient water management. Additionally, the Deputy Minister participated in a forum with 50 members of the Nong Khai Young Smart Farmer network to gather opinions, address challenges, and receive proposals for agricultural sector development. She delivered government policies and operational guidelines, distributed soil improvement inputs to farmer representatives, and toured products created by young farmers and local occupational groups to promote the enhancement of farmers’ capabilities, the utilization of technology and innovation, the generation of value-added agricultural products, and sustainable livelihood opportunities. The field inspection tour was attended by heads of government agencies and officials from both within and outside the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, local administrative organizations, and farmer groups in a full and unified capacity.
