สศท.3 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ระดับจังหวัด จังหวัดสกลนคร ครั้งที่ 2/2569

วันที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) และเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ระดับจังหวัด จังหวัดสกลนคร ครั้งที่ 2/2569 โดยมีนายปริญ นิทัศน์เอก รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสกลนคร เป็นประธานการประชุม โดยที่ประชุมมีเรื่องสำคัญที่จะต้องพิจารณา 3 เรื่อง ประกอบด้วย 1) เร่งรัดการดำเนินงานและการเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณตามแผนปฏิบัติการด้านการเกษตร และสหกรณ์ของจังหวัดสกลนคร ไตรมาสที่ 3 ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 2) พิจารณา (ร่าง) คำสั่งแต่งตั้ง คณะกรรมการศูนย์การเรียนรู้การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร (ศพก.) ระดับอำเภอ ชุดใหม่ (2569- 2573) และ 3) พิจารณา (ร่าง) แผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของจังหวัดสกลนคร ระยะ 5 ปี (พ.ศ. 2571 – 2575) รวมทั้งมีเรื่องแจ้งให้ที่ประชุมทราบเกี่ยวกับการมอบนโยบายและแนวทางการปฏิบัติราชการ ของผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสกลนคร รายงานผลการดำเนินงานตามข้อสั่งการของรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตร และสหกรณ์ (นายวัชระพล ขาวขำ) กรณีเดินทางมาตรวจราชการในจังหวัดสกลนคร เมื่อวันที่ 12 มิถุนายน 2569 ข้อมูลสถานการณ์น้ำและเตรียมการรับอุทกภัยของจังหวัดสกลนคร ตลอดจนแผนป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัย ด้านการเกษตรในช่วงฤดูฝน ปี 2569 จังหวัดสกลนคร โดยมีคณะกรรมการพัฒนาการเกษตรระดับจังหวัด จังหวัดสกลนคร เข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพียงกัน

ROAE3 Attends the 2nd/2026 Sakon Nakhon Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Development Committee Meeting. On July 31, 2026, Mr.Paitoon Seelapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3), along with officials from the Research and Evaluation Division, attended the 2nd/2026 Sakon Nakhon Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Development Committee Meeting, chaired by Mr.Parin Nithatek, Deputy Governor of Sakon Nakhon Province. The meeting considered three key issues: 1) Accelerating implementation and budget disbursement under the Sakon Nakhon Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Operational Plan for Q3 of Fiscal Year 2026, 2) Considering the draft order appointing the new term (2026–2030) of the District Learning Center for Increasing Agricultural Product Production Efficiency Committee, and 3) Considering the draft 5-Year Sakon Nakhon Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan (2028–2032).[] Additionally, the meeting was informed about the policy and work guidelines delivered by the Governor of Sakon Nakhon Province, the progress report on instructions given by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Mr.Watcharapol Khaokham) during his official inspection visit to Sakon Nakhon Province on June 12, 2026, the water situation data and flood preparedness in Sakon Nakhon Province, as well as the Agricultural Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Plan for the 2026 Rainy Season in Sakon Nakhon Province, with full attendance from the Sakon Nakhon Provincial Agricultural Development Committee.
