สศท.3 จัดประชุมพิจารณาร่างผลการศึกษาแนวทางการยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม เพื่อเป็นฐานการผลิตและบริการในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจ

วันที่ 24 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ ห้องประชุมพระใส ชั้น 2 ศาลากลางจังหวัดหนองคาย ตำบลในเมือง อำเภอเมืองหนองคาย จังหวัดหนองคาย นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดการประชุมพิจารณาร่างผลการศึกษา แนวทางการยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม เพื่อเป็นฐานการผลิตและบริการในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจ เพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง อันจะนำไปสู่การปรับปรุงผลการศึกษาให้มีความสมบูรณ์และสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบการกำหนดนโยบายและแผนพัฒนาภาคการเกษตรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ นางอาทิตยา ดวงจันทา ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ได้นำเสนอ โครงการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาในการสร้างโอกาส เพิ่มรายได้ และความยั่งยืนภาคเกษตร ปี 2569 โดยมุ่งเน้นการยกระดับศักยภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรผ่านการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม เพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่าสินค้า ยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน และสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้แก่ภาคการเกษตรในระยะยาว จากนั้น นางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ ร่วมนำเสนอ ร่างผลการศึกษาแนวทางการยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม เพื่อเป็นฐานการผลิตและบริการในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจ พร้อมเปิดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น ข้อเสนอแนะ และข้อสังเกตจากผู้เข้าร่วมประชุม เพื่อนำข้อมูลไปปรับปรุงผลการศึกษาให้มีความครบถ้วน สอดคล้องกับบริบทของพื้นที่ และสามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงของภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

ROAE 3 Holds Meeting to Review Draft Study on Approaches to Enhancing High-Value Agricultural Products through Technology and Innovation to Establish a Production and Service Base in the Economic Corridor Area

On 24 July 2026, at the Phra Sai Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Nong Khai Provincial Hall, Nai Mueang Subdistrict, Mueang Nong Khai District, Nong Khai Province, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), presided over the opening ceremony of the meeting to review the draft study entitled “Guidelines for Upgrading High-Value Agricultural Products through Technology and Innovation.” The meeting aimed to gather opinions and recommendations from relevant agencies to further refine the study, ensuring its completeness and enhancing its usefulness as a reference for agricultural policy formulation and development planning.

During the meeting, Ms. Atitaya Duangchantha, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, presented the 2026 Study Project on Development Approaches for Creating Opportunities, Increasing Income, and Promoting Sustainable Agriculture. The study focuses on enhancing the production potential of high-value agricultural products through the application of technology and innovation to increase product value, strengthen competitiveness, and foster long-term sustainability in the agricultural sector. Following the presentation, Ms. Narinpat Lekhaphanrat, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, co-presented the draft study on Approaches to Enhancing High-Value Agricultural Products through Technology and Innovation to Establish a Production and Service Base in the Economic Corridor Area. Participants actively exchanged views, recommendations, and observations, which will be incorporated into the final study to ensure that it reflects local contexts and serves as a practical framework for advancing the development of high-value agricultural products across Northeastern Thailand.
