วันที่ 26 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่ สศท.3 เข้าร่วมการลงพื้นที่ติดตามการจัดงานโครงการ “ปลูกเพื่อเปลี่ยน เปลี่ยนเพื่อยั่งยืน เทิดไท้องค์ทศมราชา ” เพื่อเพิ่มพื้นที่สีเขียวในเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน ของรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (นายวัชระพล ขาวขำ) ณ จังหวัดอุดรธานี
รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดงานโครงการ “ปลูกเพื่อเปลี่ยน เปลี่ยนเพื่อยั่งยืน เทิดไท้องค์ทศมราชา ” เพื่อเพิ่มพื้นที่สีเขียวในเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน ณ พื้นที่ชุ่มน้ำหนองแด ตำบลกุดสระ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุดรธานี เพื่อเทิดพระเกียรติ พระบาท สมเด็จพระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว เนื่องใน โอกาส วันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 28 กรกฎาคม 2569 ในการน้อมพระราชปณิธาน สืบสาน รักษาและต่อยอด ด้านการปลูกป่า 3 อย่าง ประโยชน์ 4 อย่าง มาสู่ การปฏิบัติอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม ในพื้นที่ปฏิรูปที่ดิน และได้มอบเกียรติบัตร ครูต้นแบบ วนเกษตร ในเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน จังหวัดอุดรธานี มอบพันธุ์ไม้ 3 อย่าง ประโยชน์ 4 อย่าง ให้แก่ผู้นำเกษตรกร มอบปัจจัยการผลิต และกล่าว ทักทาย สำนักงานปฏิรูปที่ดิน จังหวัด ผ่านระบบซูม ออนไลน์ จากนั้นรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์และคณะ ได้ลงพื้นที่ เยี่ยมชม พุทธอุทยานศูนย์การเรียนรู้เศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และร่วมปลูกต้นไม้เฉลิมพระเกียรติ ณ วัด ป้าบ้านค้อ อำเภอบ้านผือ จังหวัดอุดรธานี เพื่อเพิ่มพื้นที่สีเขียวในเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน ฟื้นฟูระบบนิเวศ ยกระดับคุณภาพที่ดินเพิ่มมูลค่าพื้นที่เกษตรกรรมและสร้างความมั่นคงทางเศรษฐกิจ สังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อมให้กับชุมชนในระยะยาว
ROAE 3 Joined the Field Visit to Monitor the “Plant to Change, Change for Sustainability in Honor of His Majesty the King” Project to Expand Green Areas in Land Reform Areas in Udon Thani Province
On 26 July 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), together with ROAE 3 officials, participated in the field visit to monitor the implementation of the “Plant to Change, Change for Sustainability in Honor of His Majesty the King” Project, aimed at expanding green areas in land reform areas. The field visit was led by Mr. Watcharapol Khaokham, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, in Udon Thani Province.
On this occasion, the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives presided over the opening ceremony of the project at Nong Dae Wetland, Kut Sa Subdistrict, Mueang Udon Thani District, Udon Thani Province. The project was organized to honor His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua on the auspicious occasion of His Majesty’s Birthday Anniversary on 28 July 2026. It also aimed to uphold and put into practice His Majesty’s royal initiative of “Three Forests, Four Benefits” through tangible implementation in land reform areas.
During the ceremony, the Deputy Minister presented certificates of recognition to exemplary agroforestry teachers in Udon Thani Province, distributed tree seedlings under the “Three Forests, Four Benefits” concept to farmer leaders, provided agricultural production inputs to farmers, and addressed officials of the Provincial Land Reform Offices nationwide via the Zoom online platform. The Deputy Minister and his delegation later visited the Buddhist Park and Sufficiency Economy Learning Center at Wat Pa Ban Kho, Ban Phue District, Udon Thani Province, where they participated in planting commemorative trees in honor of His Majesty the King. The activity aimed to increase green areas in land reform zones, restore ecological balance, improve soil quality, enhance the value of agricultural land, and strengthen long-term economic, social, and environmental sustainability for local communities.
