สศท.3 ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมเยือนกลุ่มเกษตรกร วิสาหกิจชุมชน อำเภอศรีธาตุ จังหวัดอุดรธานี

วันที่ 2 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) และนางสาวนวลขจร หงษ์นคร เศรษฐกรชำนาญการ พร้อมทีมนักวิจัยบูรณาการ สศท.3 ลงพื้นที่เยี่ยมเยือนกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนในการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยกภาพวิสาหกิจชุมชน กรณีศึกษา กลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนขวัญข้าวหัวนาคำ อำเภอศรีธาตุ จังหวัดอุดรธานี ซึ่งเป็นงานวิจัยของ สศท.3 ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2569 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาต้นทุนผลตอบแทน วิถีตลาด และแนวทางการพัฒนาศักยภาพกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชน รวมทั้งศึกษาระบบโลจิสติกส์ในห่วงโซ่อุปทานข้าวหอมมะลิของกลุ่มฯ

โอกาสนี้ ผู้อำนวยการ สศท.3 ได้แสดงวิสัยทัศน์ เพื่อเสนอแนวทางในการยกระดับความสามารถให้กลุ่มฯ จากการให้เกษตรกรสมาชิกเป็นนักธุรกิจเกษตร จากความตั้งใจจริงในความต้องการเพิ่มรายได้ จากการเพิ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ที่มีในชุมชน ต่อยอดสู่การขยายฐานลูกค้า เพื่อให้เกิดรายได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และมั่นคงอย่างยั่งยืน ทั้งนี้ การลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้ และการจัดเก็บข้อมูลประกอบการศึกษาวิจัยได้รับความมือเป็นอย่างดียิ่งจากประธานกลุ่ม (นางมนตรี สิทธิโชติ) และสมาชิกเกษตรกรกลุ่มวิสาหกิจชุมชนขวัญข้าวหัวนาคำ สศท.3 จึงขอขอบคุณทุกท่านมา ณ โอกาสนี้

ROAE3 Conducted a field visit to farmer groups and community enterprises in Si That District, Udon Thani Province

On July2,2026 Mr. Paitoon Silapat, the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3) and Ms. Nuankajorn Hongnakorn, Professional Level, Economist together with ROAE3 Researchers Teams, conducted a field visit to community enterprise groups to study approached for enhancing the potential of community enterprises, a case study “Khwan Khao Hua Na Kham” in Si That District, Udon Thani Province. This research project, conducted by ROAE3 for the 2026 fiscal year, The Objective was to examine costs enterprise groups, as well as to study the logistics system within the groups’ Hom Mali rice supply chain.

On this occasion, the ROAE3 outlined a vision to enhance the capabilities of the group, aiming to transform member farmers into Agri-entrepreneurs. This initiative is driven by a genuine commitment to increasing income through the development of community-based products and the expansion of the customer base, thereby ensuring continuous, stable, and sustainable revenue generation. Please note that, ROAE3 would like to express its sincere appreciation to the group chairperson (Mrs. Montee Sitthichot) and the farmer members of the Khwan Khao Hua Na Kham Community Enterprise for their excellent cooperation during the field visit and data collection for this research study.
