วันที่ 15 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 เป็นประธานการประชุมคณะทำงานจัดทำแผนพัฒนาสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) ครั้งที่ 2/2569 ณ ห้องประชุมเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรพัฒนา อาคาร 2 ชั้น 2 สศท.3
การประชุมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อพิจารณาการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 ฉบับทบทวน (พ.ศ. 2569 – 2570) โดยนำการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยเชิงกลยุทธ์ SWOT Analysis และแนวคิด Strategic Foresight มาใช้เป็นกรอบในการจัดทำแผน เพื่อกำหนดทิศทางการพัฒนาองค์กรให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์และการเปลี่ยนแปลงในอนาคต ทั้งนี้ คณะทำงานฯ และเจ้าหน้าที่ สศท.3 ได้เข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง เพื่อร่วมกันแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นและขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาองค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
ROAE 3 Holds the 2nd Meeting of the Working Group on the Development Plan of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 for 2026

On 15 May 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Regional Office 3, presided over the 2nd Meeting of the Working Group on the Development Plan of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), held at the Agricultural Economics Development Meeting Room, Building 2, 2nd Floor, ROAE 3.
The meeting was convened to consider the revised Development Plan of the Office of Agricultural Economics Regional Office 3 (2026–2027). The plan formulation process applied SWOT Analysis and Strategic Foresight approaches as key frameworks to define organizational development directions in alignment with future situations and emerging changes. On this occasion, members of the working group and ROAE 3 staff participated actively in the meeting, contributing ideas and collaborating to effectively drive organizational development.
