วันที่ 14 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) นางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ และนายธนกร อึ้งดำรงกุล นักวิเคราะนโยบายและแผนปฏิบัติการ ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วมประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของจังหวัดนครพนม (พ.ศ. 2571-2575) โดยมีนายฉัตรชัย ศรีเฉลา เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดนครพนม เป็นประธานการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการฯ
มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำแผนพัฒนาการเกษตรให้มีความสอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์จริงและเชื่อมโยงยุทธศาสตร์ทุกระดับที่สามารถนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเกิดการพัฒนาเกษตรกรรมอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน
โดย นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) ได้รับเชิญเป็นวิทยากรบรรยายเรื่อง สถานการณ์สินค้าเกษตรของไทย และจังหวัดนครพนม และ (ร่าง) แผนปฏิบัติการพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ปี ๒๕๗๑-๒๕๗๕ ณ ห้องประชุมโพนสวรรค์ โรงแรม พัก พิง อิง โขง นครพนม ตำบลอาจสามารถ อำเภอเมืองจังหวัดนครพนม จังหวัดนครพนม โดยมี ส่วนราชการในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (กษ.) และนอกสังกัด กษ. ภาคเอกชน สถาบันการศึกษา และตัวแทนเกษตรกร เข้าร่วมประชุมจำนวน 80 คน
ROAE 3 Participates in the Workshop on the Preparation of the Nakhon Phanom Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Development Plan (2028–2032)
On 14 May 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), Ms. Narinpat Lekhaphanrat, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, and Mr. Thanakorn Ungdumrongkul, Policy and Plan Analyst Practitioner from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Division, participated in the workshop on the preparation of the Nakhon Phanom Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Development Plan (2028–2032).
The workshop was presided over by Mr. Chatchai Srichala, Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Officer of Nakhon Phanom Province.
The objective of the workshop was to formulate an agricultural development plan that aligns with the actual situation and integrates strategies at all levels, enabling effective implementation and promoting efficient and sustainable agricultural development.
On this occasion, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of ROAE 3, was invited as a guest speaker to deliver a lecture on “Thailand and Nakhon Phanom Agricultural Commodity Situation” and the “Tentative Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Action Plan 2028–2032.” The workshop was held at Phon Sawan Meeting Room, Phak Phing Ing Khong Hotel, At Samat Subdistrict, Mueang Nakhon Phanom District, Nakhon Phanom Province. Participants included representatives from agencies under and outside the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MOAC), the private sector, educational institutions, and farmer representatives, with a total of 80 participants attending the meeting.
