ผอ.สศท.3 ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธีเปิดงานวันถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีเพื่อเริ่มต้นฤดูกาลผลิตใหม่ (Field day) ระดับเขต ครั้งที่ 2 ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2569

วันที่ 23 เมษายน 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) ร่วมเป็นเกียรติในพิธีเปิดงานวันถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีเพื่อเริ่มต้นฤดูกาลผลิตใหม่ (Field day) ระดับเขต ครั้งที่ 2 ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 ณ วิสาหกิจชุมชนกล้วยหอมทองสายน้ำโขง (ศพก.เครือข่าย) ตำบลบ้านโคกอำเภอสร้างคอมจังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยมี นายกมล โสพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานส่งเสริมและพัฒนาการเกษตรที่ 4 จังหวัดขอนแก่น เป็นประธานในพิธี ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกระตุ้นการใช้เทคโนโลยีและภูมิปัญญาที่มีความเหมาะสมกับพื้นที่ โดยมีหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ บูรณาการร่วมกัน มีการให้บริการด้านการเกษตรตามภารกิจเพื่อสนับสนุนเกษตรในการเริ่มฤดูกาลผลิตในปีการเพาะปลูกใหม่ ทั้งนี้มีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่ภายในและภายนอกสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เครือข่ายศูนย์เรียนรู้การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร และเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกกล้วยหอมทอง และถั่วลิสง จังหวัดอุดรธานี บึงกาฬ หนองคาย และหนองบัวลำภู เข้าร่วมงานดังกล่าวรวมประมาณ 250 คน

Director of ROAE3 participated as an honored guest at the opening ceremony of the 2nd Regional Technology Transfer Day to Kick Off the New Production Season (Field Day) for Fiscal Year 2026.

On 23 April 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), attended as a distinguished guest at the opening ceremony of the 2nd Regional Technology Transfer Day to Commence the New Production Season (Field Day) for Fiscal Year 2026. The event was held at the Mekong Hom Thong Banana Community Enterprise (Agricultural Learning Center Network) in Ban Khok Subdistrict, Sang Khom District, Udon Thani Province.

The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Kamol Sopat, Director of the Office of Agricultural Extension and Development, No.4, Khon Kaen, Khon Kaen Province. The objective of the event was to promote the adoption of appropriate technologies and local wisdom in alignment with area-specific conditions. Relevant agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives integrated their efforts to deliver agricultural services in accordance with their respective mandates, with the aim of supporting farmers in the commencement of the new cropping season.The event was attended by heads of government agencies, officials from within and outside the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, members of the Agricultural Productivity Enhancement Learning Center Network, as well as farmers cultivating Hom Thong bananas and peanuts from Udon Thani, Bueng Kan, Nong Khai, and Nong Bua Lam Phu provinces, with a total of approximately 250 participants.
