สศท.3 ร่วมลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการและติดตามงานตามนโยบายสำคัญของรองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัย และนวัตกรรม (ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยศชนัน วงศ์สวัสดิ์) ร่วมกับรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน (นายจุลพันธ์ อมรวิวัฒน์) และรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (นายวัชระพล ขาวขำ) ในพื้นที่จังหวัดอุดรธานี

วันที่ 25 เมษายน 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) พร้อมด้วยนางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ และ นายธนกรอึ้งดำรงกุล นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนปฏิบัติการ ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ร่วมลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการและติดตามงานตามนโยบายสำคัญของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ในพื้นที่จังหวัดอุดรธานี ของนายวัชระพล ขาวขำ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ร่วมกับ ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยศชนัน วงศ์สวัสดิ์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม และนายจุลพันธ์ อมรวิวัฒน์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงแรงงาน โดยมีกิจกรรมสำคัญดังนี้

จุดที่ 1: เขื่อนห้วยหลวง ต.โคกสะอาด อ.เมือง เพื่อหารือสถานการณ์การบริหารจัดการน้ำกับกรมชลประทานและสถาบันสารสนเทศทรัพยากรน้ำ และเยี่ยมชมเทคโนโลยีการเฝ้าระวังและคาดการณ์สถานการณ์ภัยแล้ง และน้ำท่วม เพื่อเตรียมรับมือสถานการณ์น้ำในพื้นที่

จุดที่ 2: สหกรณ์การเกษตรเพื่อการตลาดลูกค้า ธ.ก.ส. อุดรธานี จำกัด (สกต.) ต.กุดสระ อำเภอเมือง เพื่อส่งมอบเครื่องผสมปุ๋ยอัตโนมัติ หรือนวัตกรรมปุ๋ยสั่งตัดให้แก่เกษตรกร สกต. เพื่อช่วยให้เกษตรกรลดต้นทุน เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตด้วยการใส่ปุ๋ยที่แม่นยำตามสภาพดิน

จุดที่ 3: มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี ต.หมากแข้ง อ.เมือง เยี่ยมชมโครงการอบรม Upskill Reskill อาทิ หลักสูตรเชฟชุมชน, ช่างไฟฟ้า และหลักสูตรภาษาเกาหลี เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้แก่กำลังแรงงานในพื้นที่ให้มีศักยภาพที่สูงขึ้น ทั้งนี้มีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่ภายในและภายนอกสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และกลุ่มเกษตรกรเข้าร่วมลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการอย่างพร้อมเพรียงกัน

ROAE 3 participates in the official inspection and policy monitoring mission led by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (Professor Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat), alongside the Minister of Labour (Mr. Julapun Amornvivat) and the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Mr. Watcharapol Khaokham) in Udon Thani Province.

April 25, 2026 Mr. Paitoon Silaphat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), together with Ms. Narinpat Lakapunrat, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, and Mr. Tanakorn Ungdamrongkul, Policy and Plan Analyst from the Agricultural Economic Development Plan Section, participated in a government inspection and policy monitoring mission in Udon Thani Province.

The mission followed the policies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and was led by Mr. Watcharapol Khaokham, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, in coordination with Professor Dr. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, and Mr. Julapun Amornvivat, Minister of Labour.

The key activities were as follows:

Point 1: Huai Luang Dam, Khok Sa-at Subdistrict, Mueang District – To discuss water management situations with the Royal Irrigation Department and the Hydro Informatics Institute. The delegation also observed monitoring and forecasting technologies for drought and flood situations to prepare for water management in the area.

Point 2: Marketing Organization for Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC) Customers, Udon Thani Co., Ltd. (Kut Sa Subdistrict, Mueang District) – To deliver automated fertilizer blending machines (Tailor-made Fertilizer Innovation) to farmers. This initiative aims to help farmers reduce costs and increase production efficiency through precision fertilization based on soil conditions. Point 3: Udon Thani Rajabhat University, Mak Khaeng Subdistrict, Mueang District – To visit the “Upskill & Reskill” training projects, including courses such as Community Chefs, Electricians, and Korean Language, to enhance the potential and readiness of the local workforce.
