สศท.3 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ระดับจังหวัดบึงกาฬ ครั้งที่ 2/2569

วันที่ 27 ตุลาคม 2569 นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล รักษาการแทนผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้นางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะอนุกรรมการพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ระดับจังหวัดบึงกาฬ ครั้งที่ 2/2569 ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570 โดยมีนายสมหวัง อารีย์เอื้อ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดบึงกาฬ เป็นประธานการประชุม ณ ห้องเจติยาคีรี (ห้องประชุมภูทอก) ชั้น 2 ศาลากลางจังหวัดบึงกาฬ

การประชุมครั้งนี้มีวาระสำคัญ ได้แก่ การรับทราบร่างรายงานภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ไตรมาส 3 ปี 2569 และแนวโน้มปี 2569 จังหวัดบึงกาฬ นำเสนอโดยสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 รวมถึงการรับทราบรายงานความก้าวหน้าผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนปฏิบัติการด้านการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดบึงกาฬ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 นำเสนอโดยสำนักงานเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดบึงกาฬ นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมได้พิจารณาเรื่องสำคัญ ได้แก่ การแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการศูนย์เรียนรู้การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรระดับอำเภอ และการจัดทำปฏิทินการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรรายเดือนระดับจังหวัด ประจำปี 2569 เพื่อสนับสนุนการวางแผนการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์และความต้องการของตลาด ตลอดจนส่งเสริมการบูรณาการการทำงานระหว่างหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาภาคการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของจังหวัดบึงกาฬให้มีประสิทธิภาพและยั่งยืน

ROAE 3 Attends the 2nd Meeting of Bueng Kan Provincial Subcommittee on Agricultural and Cooperative Development for 2026

On October 27, 2026, Ms. Pawarisa Sirikun, Acting Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), assigned Ms. Narinphat Lekhaphanrat, Senior Professional Policy and Plan Analyst, to attend the 2nd Meeting of the Bueng Kan Provincial Subcommittee on Agricultural and Cooperative Development for Fiscal Year 2027. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Somwang Areeyuea, Deputy Governor of Bueng Kan Province, and held in the Jetiyakeeree Room (Phu Tok Meeting Room), 2nd Floor, Bueng Kan Provincial Hall.

Key agenda items included the presentation of the draft report on Bueng Kan Province’s agricultural economic situation in the third quarter of 2026 and the outlook for 2026 by ROAE 3 for the subcommittee’s information. The agenda also included a progress report on the implementation of the Bueng Kan Provincial Action Plan for Agriculture and Cooperatives for Fiscal Year 2026, presented by the Bueng Kan Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Office. The meeting also considered the appointment of committees for District Agricultural Productivity Efficiency Learning Centers and the preparation of the 2026 provincial agricultural production calendar, covering monthly production activities. These initiatives aim to support production planning in line with prevailing conditions and market demand, strengthen coordination among relevant agencies, and promote efficient and sustainable agricultural and cooperative development in Bueng Kan Province.
