วันที่ 15 สิงหาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดงานมหกรรมเกษตรมูลค่าสูง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู โดยมีศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ยศชนัน วงศ์สวัสดิ์ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี และรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วยนายวัชระพล ขาวขำ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ โดยมีนายสุรศักดิ์ อักษรกุล ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ผู้บริหารหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน ภาคการศึกษา และผู้แทนองค์กรเครือข่ายให้การต้อนรับ ณ บริเวณสนามสมเด็จพระนเรศวรมหาราช อำเภอเมืองหนองบัวลำภู จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู
ภายในพิธีเปิด ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.คณิศรา ธัญสุนทรสกุล อธิการบดีมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี กล่าวรายงานวัตถุประสงค์และความเป็นมาของการจัดงาน จากนั้นประธานในพิธีกล่าวเปิดงานและมอบนโยบายการขับเคลื่อนเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยนวัตกรรม วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัย และเทคโนโลยี พร้อมมอบนวัตกรรมด้านการเกษตร เครื่องมือเทคโนโลยี และปัจจัยการผลิตแก่เกษตรกรและเครือข่ายเกษตรกรต้นแบบ
ก่อนพิธีเปิด ผู้อำนวยการ สศท.3 ได้ร่วมเยี่ยมชมกิจกรรมภายในงาน โดยเฉพาะหมู่บ้านนวัตกรรม (Innovation Village) ซึ่งนำเสนอเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมด้านการเกษตร รวมถึงโซน 12 สินค้าอัตลักษณ์ของจังหวัด ได้แก่ ผ้าฝ้ายทอมือและผ้าฉนวนลุ่มภู ว่านอุษาลำภู ประมงน้ำจืด ไก่พื้นเมือง โคเนื้อ ควายงาม กาแฟภูซาง เห็ด ผักหวานป่า กล้วยน้ำว้า ข้าวหอมมรกต และอ้อย งานมหกรรมเกษตรมูลค่าสูง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู จัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 14–18 สิงหาคม 2569 นำเสนอสินค้าเกษตรอัตลักษณ์ เทคโนโลยีเกษตรสมัยใหม่ นวัตกรรมอาหาร ตลอดจนกิจกรรมด้านวัฒนธรรมและการท่องเที่ยว เพื่อเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้ เทคโนโลยี และการพัฒนาสินค้าเกษตรของจังหวัดให้มีมูลค่าเพิ่ม
ROAE3 Attends the Opening Ceremony of the Nong Bua Lamphu High-Value Agriculture Expo
On August 15, 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3), attended the opening ceremony of the Nong Bua Lamphu High-Value Agriculture Expo. The ceremony was presided over by Professor Dr. Yotchanan Wongsawat, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation, accompanied by Mr. Watcharaphon Khaokham, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives. They were welcomed by Mr. Surasak Aksornkul, Governor of Nong Bua Lamphu Province, together with representatives from government agencies, the private sector, educational institutions, and network organizations. The event was held at the Somdet Phra Naresuan Maharat Grounds in Mueang Nong Bua Lamphu District, Nong Bua Lamphu Province.
During the ceremony, Assistant Professor Dr. Kanisara Thanyasunthornsakul, President of Udon Thani Rajabhat University, presented the objectives and background of the event. The presiding official then formally opened the expo and delivered policy guidelines on advancing high-value agriculture through innovation, science, research, and technology. Agricultural innovations, technological equipment, and production inputs were also presented to model farmers and farmer networks.
Before the opening ceremony, the Director of ROAE3 toured activities within the expo, including the Innovation Village, which showcased agricultural technologies and innovations, and the 12 Signature Pavilions featuring the province’s distinctive agricultural products. The Nong Bua Lamphu High-Value Agriculture Expo is being held from August 14–18, 2026. It features local agricultural products, modern farming technologies, food innovation, cultural activities, and tourism-related programs designed to connect knowledge and technology with the development of value-added agricultural products.
