รองเลขาธิการ สศก. (นายครองศักดิ์ สงรักษา) ร่วมลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการของ รมว. กษ. (นายสุริยะ จึงรุ่งเรืองกิจ) ในพื้นที่จังหวัดสกลนคร เพื่อติดตามการบริหารจัดการน้ำและพัฒนาภาคการเกษตร

วันที่ 15 สิงหาคม 2569 นายครองศักดิ์ สงรักษา รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร (สศก.) พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) ร่วมลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการในจังหวัดสกลนครของ นายสุริยะ จึงรุ่งเรืองกิจ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารและเจ้าหน้าที่หน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เพื่อติดตามการบริหารจัดการน้ำและแนวทางการพัฒนาพื้นที่ด้านการเกษตร

ในช่วงแรก คณะได้เข้ารับฟังรายงานสถานการณ์การบริหารจัดการน้ำของจังหวัด และแนวทางการพัฒนา อ่างเก็บน้ำห้วยโทง ณ สวนสาธารณะเฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ อำเภอวานรนิวาส จังหวัดสกลนคร เพื่อรับทราบปัญหา อุปสรรค และแนวทางเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการน้ำในพื้นที่

จากนั้น คณะได้ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยม โครงการพัฒนาลุ่มน้ำห้วยปลาหาง อำเภอวาริชภูมิ และ คลองผันน้ำจากเขื่อนน้ำอูนลงห้วยปลาหาง ซึ่งเป็นโครงการสำคัญในการบริหารจัดการน้ำและสนับสนุนพื้นที่การเกษตร โดยมุ่งเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการกระจายน้ำและสร้างความมั่นคงด้านน้ำให้แก่เกษตรกรในพื้นที่

ต่อมา คณะเดินทางไปยัง หนองโดก ตำบลช้างมิ่ง อำเภอพรรณานิคม จังหวัดสกลนคร เพื่อรับฟังแนวทางการพัฒนาพื้นที่ พร้อมพบปะเกษตรกร มอบปัจจัยการผลิต และเยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการด้านการเกษตรและการพัฒนาพื้นที่ การลงพื้นที่จังหวัดสกลนครครั้งนี้ เป็นการบูรณาการความร่วมมือของหน่วยงานภาครัฐในการติดตามและขับเคลื่อนการบริหารจัดการน้ำ การพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการเกษตร และการส่งเสริมอาชีพของเกษตรกร เพื่อให้การพัฒนาสอดคล้องกับศักยภาพและความต้องการของพื้นที่ และนำไปสู่การยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของเกษตรกรอย่างยั่งยืน

OAE Deputy Secretary-General Joins Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives on Field Inspection in Sakon Nakhon

On August 15, 2026, Mr. Krongsak Songraksa, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE), accompanied by officials from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Section of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3), joined a field inspection led by Mr. Suriya Jungrungreangkit, Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, in Sakon Nakhon Province.

Executives and officials from agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives also participated in the inspection, which focused on water management and agricultural development in the province.

The delegation first attended a briefing on the province’s water management situation and the proposed development of Huai Thong Reservoir at Chaloem Phra Kiat Public Park in Wanon Niwat District. The briefing addressed local issues and constraints, as well as measures to improve water management efficiency.

The delegation then visited the Huai Pla Hang Basin Development Project in Waritchaphum District and inspected the diversion canal connecting Nam Un Dam to Huai Pla Hang. These projects are intended to improve water distribution, support agricultural areas, and enhance water security for local farmers.

The delegation later traveled to Nong Dok in Chang Ming Subdistrict, Phanna Nikhom District, where they received a briefing on local development plans, met with farmers, distributed agricultural inputs, and visited exhibitions on agriculture and area development. The field inspection brought together government agencies to monitor and advance water management, agricultural infrastructure development, and livelihood support for farmers. These efforts are intended to ensure that development responds to the area’s potential and local needs while improving farmers’ quality of life in a sustainable manner.
