สศท.3 ร่วมลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการและติดตามภารกิจนายกรัฐมนตรี ในพื้นที่กลุ่มจังหวัดภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน 1 (อุดรธานี เลย หนองคาย หนองบัวลำภู และบึงกาฬ)

เมื่อวันที่ 2 พฤศจิกายน 2569 เวลา 11.00 น.โดยมีนางสาวกรรณิกา บุญชิต ผู้อำนวยการส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร พร้อมเจ้าหน้าที่สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) ได้ลงพื้นที่ในจุดที่ 1 ในการติดตามการตรวจราชการกลุ่มจังหวัดภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนบน 1 ในพื้นที่จังหวัดหนองคาย โดยมีนายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิดศูนย์โรคหัวใจ เมตตา สุคโต โรงพยาบาลหนองคาย และพิธีมอบสมุดประจำตัวผู้ได้รับการคัดเลือกให้ทำกินในชุมชน (คทช.) ตามนโยบายรัฐบาลในลักษณะแปลงรวม พื้นที่ป่าสงวน พานพร้าว-แก้งไก่ ณ โรงพยาบาลหนองคาย อ.เมือง จ.หนองคาย เพื่อยกระดับศักยภาพด้านการแพทย์และการดูแลสุขภาพของประชาชนในพื้นที่ชายแดน และมีการมอบสมุดประจำตัวผู้ได้รับการคัดเลือกให้ทำกินในชุมชน (คทช.) ให้กับประชาชนจำนวน 308 ครัวเรือน จำนวน 324 แปลง มีพื้นที่ 3347 ไร่ ในจังหวัดหนองคาย เป้าหมายเพื่อการแก้ปัญหาที่ดินทำกิน เพื่อสร้างความมั่นใจในการดำเนินชีวิต และการประกอบอาชีพของประชาชน ให้มีความมั่นคงต่อไป

ROAE 3 Participates in the Prime Minister’s Official Inspection and Follow-up Visit to Upper Northeastern Provincial Cluster 1 in Nong Khai Province

On 2 November 2026, Ms. Kannika Boonchit, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, together with officials from the Reginal Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), participated in the official inspection and follow-up visit to Upper Northeastern Provincial Cluster 1. (Udon Thani, Loei, Nong Khai, Nong Bua Lamphu, and Bueng Kan)

Activity 1 (11.00 a.m.)

The delegation participated in the monitoring of official government activities in Nong Khai Province. The programme was presided over by Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister, who officiated at the opening ceremony of the Meta Sukto Heart Centre at Nong Khai Hospital and the presentation ceremony of identification documents to individuals selected to participate in the government’s Community Land Allocation Programme (Khor Tor Chor) under the collective land allocation scheme in the Phan Phrao–Kaeng Kai Reserved Forest area. The event was held at Nong Khai Hospital, Mueang District, Nong Khai Province.To elevate medical and healthcare potential for citizens in border areas, official land-use permit books under the National Land Policy Committee (NLPC) program were presented to 308 households. This initiative covers 324 plots spanning 3,347 rai in Nong Khai Province, aiming to resolve land tenure issues and build confidence for local residents to secure their livelihoods and occupations moving forward.
