วันศุกร์ที่ 23 ตุลาคม 2569 สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) เข้าร่วมพิธีวางพวงมาลาถวายราชสักการะ เนื่องใน “วันปิยมหาราช” ซึ่งเป็นวันคล้ายวันสวรรคตของพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ 5 แห่งราชวงศ์จักรี ในการนี้ นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล รักษาราชการแทนผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 ได้มอบหมายให้นางสาวอัจฉรา โคตรหาชัย นักวิชาการสถิติปฏิบัติการ และนายประสิทธิ์ อาจอำนวย เจ้าพนักงานสถิติชำนาญงาน เป็นผู้แทนเข้าร่วมพิธีวางพวงมาลาถวายราชสักการะ ณ บริเวณพระบรมราชานุสาวรีย์พระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ศาลากลางจังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยมีนายชัยวัฒน์ ชื่นโกสุม ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นประธานในพิธี พร้อมด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ผู้แทนหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน ข้าราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่ และประชาชนเข้าร่วมพิธีอย่างพร้อมเพรียงกัน พิธีดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นเพื่อน้อมรำลึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอันหาที่สุดมิได้ของพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ผู้ทรงประกอบพระราชกรณียกิจนานัปการอันเป็นคุณูปการอย่างยิ่งต่อประเทศชาติ โดยเฉพาะการปฏิรูปการบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน การเลิกทาส และการพัฒนาประเทศให้มีความเจริญก้าวหน้าและทันสมัย อันเป็นรากฐานสำคัญของการพัฒนาประเทศไทยสืบมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน ทั้งนี้ เพื่อแสดงออกถึงความจงรักภักดี และสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณที่ทรงมีต่อปวงชนชาวไทยอย่างหาที่สุดมิได้
ROAE 3 Participates in the Wreath-Laying Ceremony in Commemoration of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day 2026
On Friday, October 23, 2026, the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 3 (ROAE 3) participated in the wreath-laying ceremony commemorating King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day, marking the anniversary of the passing of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn (Rama V) of the Chakri Dynasty.
On this occasion, Ms. Pawarisa Sirikul, Acting Director of the 3rd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics, assigned Ms. Achara Kothachai, Statistician (Practitioner Level), and Mr. Prasit Art-umnuai, Statistical Officer (Experienced Level), to represent the office in laying a wreath in tribute to His Majesty at the King Chulalongkorn Monument, Udon Thani Provincial Hall.
The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Chaiwat Chuenkosum, Governor of Udon Thani Province, and attended by heads of government agencies, representatives from the public and private sectors, government officials, and members of the public, who gathered to pay their respects. The ceremony was held to honor and commemorate His Majesty King Chulalongkorn’s immeasurable benevolence and outstanding contributions to the Kingdom of Thailand. Throughout His reign, His Majesty initiated numerous significant reforms, particularly in public administration, the abolition of slavery, and the modernization of the nation. These remarkable royal achievements laid a strong foundation for Thailand’s continued development and prosperity. The occasion also provided an opportunity for participants to express their loyalty, profound gratitude, and enduring reverence for His Majesty’s invaluable contributions to the Thai people.
