วันที่ 20 กันยายน 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมาย นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรด้านหม่อนไหม ณ ศูนย์การเรียนรู้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น กลุ่มทอผ้าโบราณบ้านโนนกอก ตำบลหนองนาคำ อำเภอเมืองอุดรธานี จังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยมีรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่ากระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (นายวัชระพล ขาวขำ) เป็นประธานเปิดงาน และมีนายราชันย์ ซุ้นหั้ว ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุดรธานี พร้อมด้วยเกษตรกร ผู้นำชุมชน หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ผู้บริหารหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน ให้การต้อนรับและเข้าร่วมพิธีเปิดแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรด้านหม่อนไหม เพื่อสืบสานพระราชปณิธานของ สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวงในการส่งเสริมอาชีพการปลูกหม่อนเลี้ยงไหม สาวไหม และทอผ้าไหม โดยศูนย์มีความโดดเด่นด้านการทอผ้าไหมโบราณ การอนุรักษ์ลวดลายผ้าและการย้อมสีจากดอกบัวแดง จึงได้พัฒนาพื้นที่แห่งนี้ให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่เชื่อมโยงวิถีหม่อนไหม ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น ศิลปวัฒนธรรมและอัตลักษณ์ของชุมชน ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการเตรียมความพร้อมของพื้นที่ เชื่อมโยงและกระจายนักท่องเที่ยวจากงานพืชสวนโลกเข้าสู่ชุมชน เลือกซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์จากชุมชนโดยตรง อันจะนำไปสู่การสร้างและกระจายรายได้ในพื้นที่
ROAE3 Attends Opening Ceremony of Sericulture Agro-Tourism Destination at Ban Non Kok Ancient Fabric Weaving Group in Udon Thani Province
On September 20, 2026, Mr.Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3), assigned Ms.Pawalisa Sirikul, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, to attend the opening ceremony of the sericulture agro-tourism destination at the Local Wisdom Learning Center, Ban Non Kok Ancient Fabric Weaving Group, Nong Na Kham Subdistrict, Mueang Udon Thani District, Udon Thani Province. The opening ceremony was presided over by Mr.Watcharaphon Khaokham, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives. Mr.Rachan Sunhua, Governor of Udon Thani Province, together with farmers, community leaders, heads of government agencies, and executives from public and private sector entities, welcomed the delegation and participated in the ceremony. The event aimed to honor the royal intention of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother in promoting occupations in mulberry cultivation, silkworm rearing, silk reeling, and silk weaving. The center is highlighted for its traditional silk weaving, conservation of fabric patterns, and natural dyeing using red lotus flowers. The area has been developed into a tourism destination connecting sericulture ways of life, local wisdom, arts and culture, and community identity. This forms part of the site preparation to connect and distribute tourists from the World Horticultural Expo into the local community to purchase products directly from locals, leading to local income generation and distribution.
