สศท.3 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดหนองคาย ครั้งที่ 9/2569

วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 17 กันยายน 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายนางสาวอัจฉรา โคตรหาชัย นักวิชาการสถิติปฏิบัติการ ส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดหนองคาย ครั้งที่ 9/2569 โดยมีนางสุวรรณี ศิริวรรณ์หอม เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดหนองคาย เป็นประธานการประชุม เวลา 13.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุมพระพิรุณ สำนักงานเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดหนองคาย ชั้น 3 ศาลากลางจังหวัดหนองคาย

การประชุมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อติดตามสถานการณ์ภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรในพื้นที่จังหวัดหนองคาย ตลอดจนเตรียมความพร้อมในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจส่งผลกระทบต่อภาคการเกษตร พร้อมทั้งบูรณาการการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการเฝ้าระวัง ติดตามสถานการณ์ และให้ความช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรได้อย่างเหมาะสมและทันท่วงที

ทั้งนี้ ที่ประชุมได้รับทราบประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ การดำเนินโครงการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการเผาในพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม ปี 2569/70 จังหวัดหนองคาย รวมทั้งสถานการณ์น้ำ การบริหารจัดการน้ำ และการเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตร ทั้งอุทกภัยและภัยแล้ง ปี 2569

นอกจากนี้ ที่ประชุมได้ติดตามสถานการณ์ภัยพิบัติและโรคระบาดด้านการเกษตรในจังหวัดหนองคาย ครอบคลุมด้านอุตุนิยมวิทยา ด้านน้ำและสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านปศุสัตว์ ด้านประมง และด้านพืช โดยมีหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องร่วมรายงานสถานการณ์และผลการดำเนินงานในพื้นที่ รวมทั้งติดตามการดำเนินงานด้านการบรรเทาสาธารณภัย การให้ความช่วยเหลือ และการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการรับมือและลดผลกระทบจากภัยพิบัติที่อาจเกิดขึ้นต่อภาคการเกษตรและเกษตรกรในพื้นที่จังหวัดหนองคาย ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ มีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ผู้แทนส่วนราชการ คณะกรรมการศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดหนองคาย และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมประชุมโดยพร้อมเพรียงกัน

ROAE3 Participates in the 9/2026 Meeting of the Nong Khai Provincial Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Resolution Center Committee

On Thursday, 17 September 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the 3rd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE3), assigned Ms. Achara Kothachai, Statistician, Practitioner Level, Agricultural Information Division, to attend the 9/2026 Meeting of the Nong Khai Provincial Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Resolution Center Committee. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Suwannee Siriwanhom, Nong Khai Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer, at 1:30 p.m. at the Phra Phirun Meeting Room, Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives of Nong Khai Province, 3rd Floor, Nong Khai Provincial Hall.

The meeting aimed to monitor agricultural disaster situations in Nong Khai Province and enhance preparedness for preventing and mitigating potential impacts on the agricultural sector. It also promoted coordination among relevant agencies in monitoring situations and providing appropriate and timely assistance to affected farmers.

Key agenda items included the implementation of the 2026/27 Agricultural Burning Prevention and Mitigation Project in Nong Khai Province, as well as the water situation, water management, and preparedness for agricultural disasters, including floods and droughts, in 2026.

The meeting also followed up on agricultural disaster and disease situations in Nong Khai Province, covering meteorological conditions, water and environmental conditions, livestock, fisheries, and crop production. Relevant agencies reported on current situations and their respective operations in the province. In addition, the committee followed up on disaster prevention and mitigation measures, assistance for affected farmers, and other related activities to strengthen preparedness and reduce potential impacts of agricultural disasters on the agricultural sector and farmers in Nong Khai Province. The meeting was attended by heads and representatives of government agencies, members of the Nong Khai Provincial Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Resolution Center Committee, and other relevant officials.
