สศท.3 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารงานอาสาสมัครเกษตรจังหวัดบึงกาฬ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569

วันที่ 4 สิงหาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการบริหารงานอาสาสมัครเกษตรจังหวัดบึงกาฬ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 โดยมีนายสมหวัง อารีย์เอื้อ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดบึงกาฬ เป็นประธานในการประชุม พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการบริหารงานอาสาสมัครเกษตรจังหวัดบึงกาฬ เข้าร่วม ณ ห้องประชุมห้องประชุมทองพูลสิริกาโม ช้น 4 ศาลากลางจังหวัดบึงกาฬ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบึงกาฬ ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ มีระเบียบวาะเพื่อรับทราบและเพื่อพิจารณา ดังนี้ 1) ผลการดำเนินงานการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยงภาคการเกษตรของจังหวัด ที่ได้ขับเคลื่อนในปี 2568 2) ผลการมีส่วนร่วมของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน (อกม.) ในการจัดทำ แผนพัฒนาการเกษตรขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในพื้นที่จังหวัดบึงกาฬ 3) ผลการขับเคลื่อนงานอาสาสมัครเกษตรจังหวัด ปี 2569 โดย สศท.3 มีเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสา (ศกอ) จำนวน 9 ราย ปฏิบัติงานรายงานราคาสินค้าเกษตร ณ ไร่นา รายสัปดาห์ ผ่าน ราคา Farm Plus และรายงานภาวะการผลิตสินค้าเกษตรที่สำคัญในพื้นที่ โดยจะนำข้อมูลไปใช้ในการพยากรณ์สินค้าเกษตร วางแผนการผลิตและพัฒนาด้านการเกษตรต่อไป 4) ผลการคัดเลือกอาสาสมัครเกษตรต้นแบบจังหวัดบึงกาฬ ปี 2569 5) ฐานข้อมูลอาสาสมัครเกษตรแต่ละประเภท และอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน 6) แนวทางบูรณาการการขับเคลื่อนงานอาสาสมัครเกษตรจังหวัด ปี 2570 ในการมีส่วนร่วมในการขับเคลื่อนการทำเกษตรที่เป็นมิตรกับสิ่งแวดล้อมของอาสาสมัครเกษตรหมู่บ้าน ร่วมกับองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น

ROAE 3 Attends the Bueng Kan Provincial Agricultural Volunteers Administrative Committee Meeting for Fiscal Year 2026

On August 4, 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the 3 rd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE3), to attend the Bueng Kan Provincial Agricultural Volunteers Administrative Committee Meeting for Fiscal Year 2026. The meeting was chaired by Mr.Somwang Areeuea, Deputy Governor of Bueng Kan Province, with the participation of committee members at the Thongphoon Sirikamo Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Bueng Kan City Hall, Mueang Bueng Kan District, Bueng Kan Province.

The meeting addressed several key agendas for acknowledgment and consideration as follows:

1) Agricultural Risk Management Performance Review of the provincial agricultural risk management initiatives driven throughout 2025.

2) Participation of Village Agricultural Volunteers Assessment of the engagement of Village Agricultural Volunteers in formulating agricultural development plans for local administrative organizations in Bueng Kan Province.

3) Provincial Agricultural Volunteer Operations in 2026 OAE 3 reported that its 9 Agricultural Economic Volunteers (AEVs) actively collected and reported weekly farm-gate agricultural prices via the “Farm Plus” application, as well as monitored key agricultural production conditions in their areas. These data will be utilized for agricultural commodity forecasting, production planning, and agricultural sector development.

4) Selection of Exemplary Agricultural Volunteers: Results of the 2026 Bueng Kan Exemplary Agricultural Volunteer selection process.

5) Agricultural Volunteer Database: Compilation of databases concerning various categories of agricultural volunteers and village agricultural volunteers. 6) Integrated Guidelines for 2027 Frameworks for integrating provincial agricultural volunteer operations in 2027, focusing on fostering collaboration between Village Agricultural Volunteers and local administrative organizations to drive eco-friendly agriculture.
