สศท.3 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดอุดรธานี ครั้งที่ 7/2569

วันพุธที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายนางสาวอัจฉรา โคตรหาชัย นักวิชาการสถิติปฏิบัติการ ส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดอุดรธานี ครั้งที่ 7/2569 โดยมีนายสมชาย จงบัญญัติ เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นประธานการประชุม ณ ห้องประชุมพระพุทธบาทบัวบก ชั้น 6 อาคาร 2 ศาลากลางจังหวัดอุดรธานี

การประชุมครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน พร้อมทั้งเฝ้าระวัง ติดตาม รายงานสถานการณ์ แจ้งเตือน และให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยด้านการเกษตรอย่างเป็นระบบ รวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพ

ทั้งนี้ ที่ประชุมได้รับทราบและพิจารณาประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ (1) สถานการณ์อุตุนิยมวิทยา (2) สถานการณ์น้ำและการบริหารจัดการน้ำ (3) สถานการณ์ด้านการเกษตร การขึ้นทะเบียนเกษตรกร และการคาดการณ์การเพาะปลูกพืช (4) สถานการณ์โรคระบาดด้านพืช ประมง และปศุสัตว์ และ (5) การเปิดหน่วยปฏิบัติการฝนหลวง ณ ท่าอากาศยานขอนแก่น อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น ตั้งแต่วันที่ 29 มิถุนายน 2569 ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ มีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ผู้แทนส่วนราชการ คณะกรรมการศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดอุดรธานี และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องเข้าร่วมประชุมโดยพร้อมเพรียงกัน

ROAE3 Participates in the 7/2026 Meeting of the Udon Thani Provincial Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Resolution Center Committee

On Wednesday, 15 July 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3), assigned Ms. Achara Kothachai, Statistician (Professional Level) of the Agricultural Information Division, to participate in the 7/2026 Meeting of the Udon Thani Provincial Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Resolution Center Committee. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Somchai Jongbanyat, Udon Thani Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer, at Phra Phutthabat Bua Bok Meeting Room, 6th Floor, Building 2, Udon Thani Provincial Hall.

The meeting aimed to strengthen the implementation of agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation measures in line with the current situation. It also focused on enhancing the monitoring, reporting, early warning, and assistance mechanisms for agricultural disaster victims in a systematic, timely, and efficient manner.

The committee acknowledged and considered several key agenda items, including: (1) the meteorological situation; (2) the water situation and water resource management; (3) the agricultural situation, farmer registration, and crop cultivation forecasts; (4) outbreaks of plant, fisheries, and livestock diseases; and (5) the establishment of a Royal Rainmaking Operation Unit at Khon Kaen Airport, Mueang Khon Kaen District, Khon Kaen Province, which has been in operation since 29 June 2026. The meeting was attended by heads of government agencies, their representatives, members of the Udon Thani Provincial Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Resolution Center Committee, and other relevant officials.
