วันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้นายเศกศักดิ์ โคตรหานาม เจ้าพนักงานสถิติชำนาญงาน เข้าร่วม การประชุมคณะกรรมการเครือข่ายศูนย์เรียนรู้การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร (ศพก.) และเกษตรแบบแปลงใหญ่ ระดับจังหวัด ครั้งที่ 2/2569 โดยมีนายสมพร นามพิลา เกษตรจังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นประธานที่ประชุม ณ อาคารเพาะเลี้ยงศัตรูธรรมชาติและผลิตสารชีวภัณฑ์ สำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดอุดรธานี ตำบลหมากแข้ง อำเภอเมืองอุดรธานี จังหวัดอุดรธานี การประชุมมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) รายงานผลการจัดอบรมการพัฒนาศักยภาพประธาน ศพก. 2)การปรับปรุงฐานข้อมูลกลุ่มแปลงใหญ่ การขอรับรองการจัดตั้งแปลงใหญ่ และโครงการศูนย์เรียนรู้การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร (ศพก.) ประจำปีงบประมาณ พศ.2569 3) รายงานผลการคัดเลือกแปลงที่เข้าร่วมการทดสอบพันธุ์ข้าวและเทคโนโลยี ของสถาบันการจัดการเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม สำนักงานพัฒนาวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยีแห่งชาติ (สวทช.)
ROAE Zone 3 Attends the 2nd/2026 Provincial Committee Meeting for the Learning Center for Enhancing Agricultural Product Production Efficiency and Mega-Farm Networks
On July 15, 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), assigned Mr. Seksal Kothanam, Senior Statistical Officer, to attend the 2nd/2026 Provincial Committee Meeting for the Learning Center for Enhancing Agricultural Product Production Efficiency and Mega-Farm Networks. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Somporn Nampila, Udon Thani Provincial Agricultural Officer, and held at the Biological Control and Bio-Product Production Facility, Udon Thani Provincial Agricultural Office, Mak Khaeng Subdistrict, Mueang Udon Thani District, Udon Thani Province.
The key objectives of the meeting were as follows:
To report on the outcomes of the capacity-building training program for the chairpersons of the Learning Center for Enhancing Agricultural Product Production Efficiency.
To review the database updates for Mega-Farm groups, process official certifications for Mega-Farm establishments, and evaluate the progress of the Learning Center for Enhancing Agricultural Product Production Efficiency Project for the 2026 fiscal year. To present the selection results of agricultural plots participating in the rice variety and technology trial program, spearheaded by the Institute of Technology and Innovation Management under the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA).
