สศท.3 ลงพื้นที่ศึกษาการยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม มุ่งสู่ฐานการผลิตในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ปีงบประมาณ 2569

ระหว่างวันที่ 13 – 28 มิถุนายน 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) มอบหมายให้ **นางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์** นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ พร้อมด้วย **นายธนกร อึ้งดำรงกุล นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนปฏิบัติการ ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่สำรวจและจัดเก็บข้อมูลเกษตรกรและผู้ประกอบการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ เนื้อโคขุนคุณภาพ ในพื้นที่จังหวัดหนองคาย สกลนคร นครพนม และอุดรธานี

นอกจากนี้ ระหว่างวันที่ 25 – 26 มิถุนายน 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการ สศท.3 ได้ร่วมลงพื้นที่ เพื่อติดตามและสำรวจข้อมูลผู้ประกอบการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์เนื้อโคขุนคุณภาพสูง พร้อมรับฟังข้อคิดเห็นและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกับผู้ประกอบการในพื้นที่

การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาเพื่อยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม เพื่อสร้างโอกาสในการเพิ่มรายได้และเสริมสร้างความยั่งยืนภาคการเกษตร โดยครอบคลุมการศึกษาตลอด **ห่วงโซ่มูลค่า (Value Chain) ตั้งแต่ ต้นน้ำ กลางน้ำ ปลายน้ำ** รวมถึงการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเกษตรกร ผู้ประกอบการด้านการผลิต การแปรรูป และการตลาด ในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง

ทั้งนี้ การดำเนินงานได้รับความร่วมมือเป็นอย่างดียิ่งจากเกษตรกร ผู้ประกอบการ และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในพื้นที่ ซึ่งข้อมูลที่ได้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการจัดทำข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายในการพัฒนาสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูง และยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของภาคการเกษตรไทยต่อไป สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 ขอขอบคุณทุกภาคส่วนที่ให้ความร่วมมือในการดำเนินงานครั้งนี้เป็นอย่างดียิ่ง

ROAE 3 Conducts Field Study on High-Value Agricultural Products through Technology and Innovation to Strengthen Production Capacity in the Northeastern Economic Corridor, Fiscal Year 2026

During 13–28 June 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), assigned Ms. Narinpat Lekhaphanrat, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, together with Mr. Thanakorn Ungdumrongkul, Policy and Plan Analyst of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Division, to conduct field surveys and collect data from farmers and entrepreneurs involved in premium beef production across **Nong Khai, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom, and Udon Thani** provinces.

On 25–26 June 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silapat also joined the field mission to visit and gather information from premium beef entrepreneurs, while exchanging insights and discussing development opportunities with local stakeholders.

This field survey forms part of a study on promoting high-value agricultural products through technology and innovation, aiming to create greater income opportunities for farmers and enhance the long-term sustainability of Thailand’s agricultural sector. The study covers the entire agricultural value chain, from upstream midstream downstream, including data collection from farmers, producers, processors, marketers, and other stakeholders throughout the Northeastern Economic Corridor (NEEC) and neighboring provinces.

The mission received excellent cooperation from farmers, entrepreneurs, and relevant local agencies. The information collected will support the development of policy recommendations to promote high-value agricultural products and strengthen the competitiveness of Thailand’s agricultural sector. ROAE 3 sincerely appreciates the valuable cooperation and support provided by all stakeholders throughout this field study.
