วันที่ 17 มิถุนายน 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้ นางอาทิตยา ดวงจันทา ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร (ผอ.สผศ.) เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัด (จังหวัดเลย) และประธานคณะทำงานขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับอำเภอ ครั้งที่ 3/2569 ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเกษตรจังหวัดเลย อำเภอเมืองเลย จังหวัดเลย โดย นายประยูร อรัญรุท รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเลย เป็นประธานการประชุม เพื่อร่วมพิจารณา แนวทางการพัฒนาด้านการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของจังหวัดเลย (แผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของจังหวัดเลย ระยะ 5 ปี : พ.ศ.2571-2575) ในการนี้ นางอาทิตยา ดวงจันทา ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร (ผอ.สผศ.) ได้ชี้แจงแผนปฏิบัติการด้านการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจกของประเทศ ปี พ.ศ. 2564 – 2573 และเป้าหมายการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจก 1 ล้านตันฯ ในแผนปฏิบัติการด้านการเกษตรเพื่อรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ พ.ศ. 2566 – 2570 ของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ พร้อมกันนี้ นายยุทธชาติ วงศ์ประทุม ตำแหน่งเศรษฐกรชำนาญการพิเศษ สศท.3 ได้รายงานผลการศึกษาเรื่อง การศึกษาต้นทุนส่วนเพิ่มการลดก๊าซเรือนกระจก สินค้าพืชเศรษฐกิจ (สินค้าข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์) ให้ที่ประชุมรับทราบและเพื่อให้หน่วยงานพิจารณานำไปใช้ประโยชน์ เพื่อนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติให้เกิดผลสัมฤทธิ์ ต่อไป
ROAE3 Participates in the 3rd Meeting of the Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee (Loei Province) and District Agricultural Steering Committee Chairpersons for Fiscal Year 2026
On 17 June 2026, Mr. Paithoon Seelapath, the Director of ROAE3, assigned Mrs. Athitaya Doungjunta, Plan and Policy Analyst, Senior Professional Level, of the Agro Economic Zone Development Planning Group, to attend the 3rd Meeting of the Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee (Loei Province) and District Agricultural Steering Committee Chairpersons for Fiscal Year 2026 at the Loei Provincial Agriculture Office Meeting Room, Mueang Loei District, Loei Province.
The meeting was chaired by Mr. Prayoon Aranyarut, Vice Governor of Loei Province, and focused on the consideration of agricultural and cooperative development guidelines for Loei Province under the Five-Year Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan of Loei Province (2028–2032).
During the meeting, Mrs. Athitaya Doungjunta provided information on Thailand’s National Greenhouse Gas Reduction Action Plan (2021–2030) and the target of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by one million tons under the Agricultural Action Plan for Climate Change Adaptation (2023–2027) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives.
In addition, Mr.Yoothachat Wongpratum, Senior Professional Economist of ROAE3, presented the findings of the study entitled “Additional Cost Assessment for Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction in Economic Crops: A Case Study of Maize for Animal Feed.” The study results were presented for the acknowledgment of the meeting and for consideration by relevant agencies in applying the findings to support policy implementation and achieve tangible outcomes in greenhouse gas reduction within the agricultural sector. The meeting was attended by members of the provincial and district agricultural steering committees, heads of government agencies, and representatives from relevant organizations, who actively participated in the discussions and exchange of views.
