สศท.3 ร่วมลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการติดตามการดำเนินงานด้านการเกษตรของรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (นายวัชระพล ขาวขำ) ในพื้นที่จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู

วันที่ 24 พฤษภาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) พร้อมด้วย นางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ นักวิเคราะห์านโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ และ นายยุทธชาติ วงศ์ประทุมม เศรษฐกรชำนาญการพิเศษ ร่วมลงพื้นที่ตรวจราชการของ นายวัชระพล ขาวขำ รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ในพื้นที่จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู ณ โรงเรียนศรีบุญเรืองวิทยาคาร ตำบลเมืองใหม่ อำเภอศรีบุญเรือง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู

ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดหนองบัวลำภูได้กล่าวต้อนรับ พร้อมนำเสนอภาพรวมการพัฒนาภาคการเกษตรของจังหวัด และรับฟังแนวคิดผลการขับเคลื่อนงานภายใต้นโยบายหลัก “เกษตรนวัตกรรม เพื่อความยั่งยืนของเกษตรกรไทย” รวมทั้งการนำเสนอประเด็นปัญหา ความต้องการ และข้อเสนอเชิงพื้นที่จากผู้แทนเกษตรกรในจังหวัด

รัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ได้พบปะเกษตรกรและผู้นำเครือข่ายภาคการเกษตร พร้อมมอบแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ และติดตามแนวทางการก่อสร้างโครงการประตูระบายน้ำบ้านจอมทอง ตำบลศรีบุญเรือง อำเภอศรีบุญเรือง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภู เพื่อยกระดับการบริหารจัดการน้ำในพื้นที่ นอกจากนี้ ยังมีพิธีมอบปัจจัยการผลิตแก่เกษตรกร โดย 9 หน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ภายหลังเสร็จสิ้นภารกิจ คณะได้เยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการของหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ และบูธจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ของเกษตรกรและกลุ่มเกษตรกรในพื้นที่

ROAE 3 participates in the official inspection and agricultural operations monitoring mission led by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives (Mr. Watcharaphon Khaokham) in Nong Bua Lam Phu Province.

May 24, 2026 Mr. Paitoon Silaphat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), together with Ms. Narinpat Lakapunrat, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, and Mr. Yutthachat Wongprathum, Senior Economist, participated in the official inspection led by Mr. Watcharaphon Khaokham, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, in Nong Bua Lam Phu Province at Si Bun Rueang Witthayakhan School, Mueang Mai Subdistrict, Si Bun Rueang District, Nong Bua Lam Phu Province.

During the event, the Governor of Nong Bua Lam Phu Province delivered a welcoming speech and presented an overview of the province’s agricultural development. The session included listening to the concepts and outcomes of driving work under the core policy of “Innovative Agriculture for the Sustainability of Thai Farmers,” as well as presentations on local issues, needs, and area-based proposals from farmer representatives in the province.

The Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives met with farmers and agricultural network leaders, provided guidelines for driving the policies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and followed up on the construction plan for the Ban Chom Thong Floodgate Project in Si Bun Rueang Subdistrict, Si Bun Rueang District, Nong Bua Lam Phu Province, to elevate water management in the area. Additionally, an agricultural production inputs handover ceremony for farmers was conducted by 9 agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. After completing the mission, the delegation visited the exhibitions by agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and the product booths of local farmers and farmer groups.
