สศท.3 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดเลย ครั้งที่1/2569

วันที่ 4 มีนาคม 2569 นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล รักษาราชการแทนผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) มอบหมายให้นางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดเลยครั้งที่ 1/2569 ณ ห้องประชุมศูนย์วิจัยและพัฒนาการเกษตร อำเภอเมืองเลย จังหวัดเลย โดยมีนางสาวสุชาดา โฉมเชิด เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเลย เป็นประธานการประชุม เพื่อพิจารณาการรายงานผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนการตรวจราชการของผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 เขตตรวจราชการที่ 10 จังหวัดเลย (นายธิติ โลหะปิยะพรรณ) (รอบที่ 1 Project and Progress Review) การกำหนดตัวชี้วัดตามแผนปฏิบัติการด้านการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของจังหวัดเลย ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 การจัดทำแผนพัฒนาด้านการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเลย พ.ศ. 2571-2575 และแผนปฏิบัติการด้านการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเลย ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2571 พร้อมรับทราบรายงานผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนปฏิบัติการด้านการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเลย พื้นที่ดำเนินโครงการ 1 ท้องถิ่น 1 สินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569 และข้อมูลผลการจัดทำอัตราการพึ่งพาตนเอง (Self – Sufficiency Ratio : SSR) ในการนี้ มีคณะกรรมการฯ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ในระดับจังหวัด เข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียงกัน

ROAE3 Participates in the 1st/2026 Loei Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee and District Agricultural Steering Committee Chairs Meeting

On March 4, 2026, Ms. Pawarisa Sirikul, Acting Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3), assigned Ms. Narinpat Lakapunrat, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, to attend the 1st/2026 Loei Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee and District Agricultural Steering Committee Chairs Meeting. The session, held at the Loei Agricultural Research and Development Center in Mueang Loei District, was presided over by Ms. Suchada Chomcherd, the Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer.

The meeting primarily focused on reviewing the performance report under the 2026 Inspection Plan of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives for Region 10 (Loei Province), as presented by Inspector General Mr. Thiti Lohapiyaphan during the Round 1 Project and Progress Review. Furthermore, the committee deliberated on the establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the 2026 Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Action Plan, as well as the formulation of the Loei Provincial Agricultural Development Plan (2028–2032) and the corresponding 2028 Action Plan. The session also acknowledged the implementation progress of the “One Locality, One High-Value Agricultural Product” project for the 2026 fiscal year and reviewed data regarding the Self-Sufficiency Ratio (SSR). The meeting was attended by committee members, heads of government agencies, and officials under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in the province.
