สศท.3 ลงพื้นที่ศึกษาการยกระดับสินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูงด้วยเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม สู่การเป็นฐานการผลิตในพื้นที่ระเบียงเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ ปีงบประมาณ 2569

ระหว่างวันที่ 10 – 15 กุมภาพันธ์ และ 17 กุมภาพันธ์ – 1 มีนาคม 2569 นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล รักษาราชการแทนผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) มอบหมายให้นางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ พร้อมด้วย นายธนกร อึ้งดำรงกุล นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนปฏิบัติการ ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่สำรวจและจัดเก็บข้อมูลเกษตรกรและผู้ประกอบการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ เนื้อโคขุนสายพันธุ์วากิว ในพื้นที่จังหวัดหนองคาย หนองบัวลำภู นครพนม และอุดรธานี

การดำเนินงานครั้งนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาเพื่อสร้างโอกาสในการเพิ่มรายได้ และเสริมสร้างความยั่งยืนภาคการเกษตร โดยครอบคลุมการสัมภาษณ์เกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงโคขุนวากิวตลอดห่วงโซ่มูลค่า ตั้งแต่ ต้นน้ำ – กลางน้ำ – ปลายน้ำ รวมถึงผู้ประกอบการด้านการผลิตและแปรรูปสินค้าในพื้นที่เขตระเบียงเศรษฐกิจพิเศษภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือและจังหวัดใกล้เคียง

ROAE 3 Conducts Field Survey to Promote High-Value Agricultural Products through Technology and Innovation toward Becoming a Production Base in the Northeastern Economic Corridor (NeEC) for Fiscal Year 2026

During 10–15 February and 17 February – 1 March 2026,

Ms. Pawalisa Sirikul, Acting Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3) assigned Ms. Narinpat Lakapunrat, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, together with Mr. Thanakorn Ungdumrongkul, Policy and Plan Analyst, from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Division conduc field visits. The collected data from farmers and entrepreneurs involved in Wagyu fattening cattle production across Nong Khai, Nong Bua Lamphu, Nakhon Phanom, and Udon Thani provinces

This mission is part of a study project aimed at identifying development approaches to enhance income opportunities and strengthen agricultural sustainability. The team interviewed Wagyu cattle farmers across the entire value chain — from upstream, midstream, to downstream — as well as producers and processors within the Northeastern Economic Corridor (NeEC) and nearby areas
