วันที่ 24 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล รักษาราชการแทนผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้ นางอาทิตยา ดวงจันทา ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร (ผอ.สผศ.) เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณกรรมการพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเลย (อ.พ.ก) ครั้งที่ 2/2568 ณ ห้องประชุมภูเรือ ชั้น 4 ศาลากลางจังหวัดเลย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเลย โดยมี นายประยูร อรัญรุท รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเลย เป็นประธานการประชุม เพื่อร่วมกันพิจารณาการจัดทำปฏิทินผลผลิตสินค้าเกษตรรายเดือนระดับจังหวัดเลย ประจำปี 2568

ซึ่งในการประชุมครั้งนี้ นางอาทิตยา ดวงจันทา ผอ.สผศ. ได้นำเสนอ แนวทางการยกระดับเกษตรให้เป็นผู้ประกอบการให้บริการทางการเกษตร (Agricultural Service Provider :ASP) เพื่อที่ประชุมรับทราบและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อไป ทั้งนี้มีคณะอนุกรรมการฯ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ในระดับจังหวัด เข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียงกัน

ROAE3 Participates in the Loei Provincial Committee on Agricultural and Cooperative Development (APC) Meeting No. 2/2025

On 24 November 2025, Ms. Pawalisa Sirikul, Acting Director of OAE Region 3, assigned Mrs. Athitaya Doungjunta, Plan and Policy Analyst, Senior Professional Level, to attend the Loei Provincial Committee on Agricultural and Cooperative Development (APC) Meeting No. 2/2025 at the Phurua Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Loei Provincial Hall, Mueang District, Loei Province.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. Prayoon Aranyoorut, Deputy Governor of Loei Province, to jointly consider the preparation of the Monthly Agricultural Product Calendar for Loei Province for the year 2025. During the meeting, Mrs. Athitaya Doungjunta presented guidelines for upgrading farmers to become Agricultural Service Providers (ASP), for acknowledgment and further utilization by relevant agencies. Committee members, heads of provincial government agencies, and officials under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives participated in the meeting in full.
