วันที่ 1 สิงหาคม 2568 นางสาวอุษา โทณผลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 เป็นประธานการประชุม จัดประชุมระดมความคิดเห็น (Focus Group) เรื่องการศึกษาแนวทางการยกระดับเกษตรกรและสถาบันเกษตรกรให้เป็นผู้ประกอบการให้บริการทางการเกษตร ในพื้นที่จังหวัดอุดรธานี บึงกาฬ และจังหวัดนครพนม ณ ห้องประชุมสบายดี อาคาร 2 ชั้น 4 ศาลากลางจังหวัดอุดรธานี อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยนางสาวนันทพัชญ์ แซ่ตั้ง นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ นำเสนอให้ที่ประชุมทราบผลการศึกษาแนวทางการยกระดับเกษตรกรและสถาบันเกษตรกรให้เป็นผู้ประกอบการให้บริการทางการเกษตร ในพื้นที่จังหวัดอุดรธานี บึงกาฬ และจังหวัดนครพนม ในประเด็นต่าง ๆ ดังนี้

6.การวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อม (SWOT Analysis)

และ 7.แนวทางการพัฒนา พร้อมรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากทุกภาคส่วน

เพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายในระดับพื้นที่ ทั้งนี้มีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและผู้แทนหน่วยงานในและนอกสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ และเกษตรกร เข้าร่วมประชุมหารือ 71 ราย

ROAE3 Holds Focus Group Meeting on Upgrading Farmers and Farmer Institutions to Become Agricultural Service Providers in Udon Thani, Bueng Kan, and Nakhon Phanom Provinces

On August 1, 2025, Miss. Usa Thonapalin, the Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3), presided over a Focus Group meeting on the study of strategies to upgrade farmers and farmer institutions to become Agricultural Service Providers (ASP) in Udon Thani, Bueng Kan, and Nakhon Phanom provinces.

The meeting was held at the Sabaidee Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Building 2, Udon Thani Provincial Hall, Mueang District, Udon Thani Province. During the session, Miss. Nanthaphat Saetang, Plan and Policy Analyst, Professional Level, presented the study’s key findings, covering the following topics:

General Information – including profiles of agricultural service providers, farmers with agricultural machinery who do not yet provide services, users of agricultural services, machinery costs, and agricultural income.

Agricultural Services – including revenue generated from machinery, cost–revenue–profit analysis of agricultural services, and evaluations of both service providers and users.

Environmental Analysis (SWOT Analysis) and development directions.

The session also included feedback collection from various sectors to formulate area-based policy recommendations. The meeting was attended by 71 participants, including heads of government agencies, representatives from both within and outside the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and local farmers.
