เมื่อวันที่ 10 กรกฏคาคม 2568 นางสาวอุษา โทณผลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (ผอ. สศท. 3) ได้รับมอบหมายจากเลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ให้ร่วมการตรวจราชการในพื้นที่จังหวัดสกลนคร ของรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (นายอรรถกร ศิริลัทยากร) และรัฐมนตรีช่วยว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ (นายอัครา พรหมเผ่า) ณ ศูนย์เมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวสกลนคร อำเภอพังโคน จังหวัดสกลนคร ซึ่งในกิจกรรมดังกล่าวมีการแสดงนิทรรศการ ด้านการผลิต และนวัตกรรมของหน่วยงานในสังกัด กษ. พร้อมทั้งการมอบปัจจัยการผลิต โดยเฉพาะพันธุ์ข้าวให้แก่เกษตรกร ซึ่งมีเกษตรกรในหลายอำเภอ ที่ประสบภัยน้ำท่วมซ้ำซาก อาทิ อำเภอพังโคน อำเภอสว่างแดนดิน และอำเภออาจอำนวย ประมาณ 2,000 เข้าร่วมงาน พร้อมสั่งการหน่วยงานเร่งระบายน้ำ เยียวยาผู้เสียหาย ศึกษาโมเดลบางระกำ และสานต่อโครงการพระราชดำริเพื่อป้องกันน้ำท่วม รวมถึงแก้ปัญหาราคาสินค้าเกษตรตกต่ำและผลกระทบจากภาษีสหรัฐฯ อย่างเป็นระบบ
ROAE3 participate in the official inspection visit in Sakon Nakhon Province, led by Mr. Attakorn Sirilatthayakorn, Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and Mr. Akkara Phromphao, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives. On July 10, 2025, Ms. Usa Thonapalin, Director of the Region Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3) was assigned by the Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics to participate in the official inspection visit in Sakon Nakhon Province, led by Mr. Attakorn Sirilatthayakorn, Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and Mr. Akkara Phromphao, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The event, held at the Sakon Nakhon Rice Seed Center in Phang Khon District, featured exhibitions on agricultural production and innovations from agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives. The program also included the distribution of agricultural inputs, particularly rice seeds, to over 2,000 farmers from flood-prone districts such as Phang Khon, Sawang Daen Din, and At Samat. During the visit, the ministers instructed relevant agencies to expedite water drainage, provide compensation to affected farmers, study the Bang Rakam model, revive royal-initiated projects for flood prevention, and address falling agricultural prices and impacts from U.S. tariff increases through systematic measures.
