สศท.3 เข้าร่วมสัมมนาประชาพิจารณ์ (ร่าง) แผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของจังหวัดอุดรธานี พ.ศ. 2571–2575

วันที่ 13 สิงหาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) เข้าร่วมโครงการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการประชาพิจารณ์ (ร่าง) แผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของจังหวัดอุดรธานี พ.ศ. 2571–2575 โดยมีนายจักรพันธ์ จันทรภูมิ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด และนายสมชาย จงบัญญัติ เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดอุดรธานี กล่าวรายงาน ณ ห้องมงกุฎเพชร ตึก B ชั้น 2 โรงแรมสยามแกรนด์ อำเภอเมืองอุดรธานี จังหวัดอุดรธานี

การสัมมนาครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อรับฟังความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะจากทุกภาคส่วน สำหรับนำไปทบทวนและปรับปรุง (ร่าง) แผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของจังหวัดอุดรธานี พ.ศ. 2571–2575 ให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ ศักยภาพของพื้นที่ และความต้องการของเกษตรกร โดยมีกิจกรรมบรรยายสถานการณ์ด้านการเกษตรของจังหวัดอุดรธานีและสาระสำคัญของแผน รวมถึงการแบ่งกลุ่มระดมความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับวิสัยทัศน์ เป้าประสงค์ เป้าหมาย ตัวชี้วัด ประเด็น และแนวทางการพัฒนา

ทั้งนี้ ผู้อำนวยการ สศท.3 ได้ร่วมให้ความคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับวิสัยทัศน์ เป้าประสงค์ เป้าหมาย และตัวชี้วัด เพื่อประกอบการปรับปรุงร่างแผนฯ ให้มีความชัดเจน สอดคล้องกับสภาพพื้นที่ และสามารถนำไปใช้ขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาภาคการเกษตรของจังหวัดได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม มีผู้เข้าร่วมจำนวน 100 คน ประกอบด้วยส่วนราชการทั้งในและนอกสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ภาคเอกชน สถาบันการศึกษา องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ผู้แทนเกษตรกร และเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

ROAE3 Attends Public Hearing Workshop on the Draft Udon Thani Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan (2028–2032)

On August 13, 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3) attended a public hearing workshop on the Draft Udon Thani Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan (2028–2032). The opening ceremony was chaired by Mr. Chakkraphan Chanthraphum, Deputy Governor of Udon Thani Province, while Mr. Somchai Jongbanyat, Udon Thani Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer, delivered the opening report. The workshop was held at the Mongkut Phet Room, Building B, 2nd Floor, Siam Grand Hotel, Mueang Udon Thani District, Udon Thani Province.

The workshop aimed to gather opinions and recommendations from all sectors to review and improve the draft plan in accordance with the province’s agricultural situation, local potential, and farmers’ needs. Activities included presentations on Udon Thani’s agricultural situation and the key elements of the plan, as well as group discussions on its vision, objectives, targets, indicators, development issues, and guidelines.

During the workshop, the Director of ROAE3 provided comments and recommendations on the vision, objectives, targets, and indicators to help refine the draft plan, ensure its alignment with local conditions, and support its practical implementation in driving the province’s agricultural development. A total of 100 participants attended, representing government agencies within and outside the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, the private sector, educational institutions, local administrative organizations, farmer representatives, and relevant officials.
