วันที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2568 นางสาวอุษา โทณผลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล พร้อมด้วย นายยุทธชาติ วงศ์ประทุม เศรษฐกรชำนาญการพิเศษ และนางสาวสุภักดี วงศ์วานิช นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผน เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการและคณะทำงานขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานโครงการศูนย์พัฒนาปศุสัตว์ตามพระราชดำริ อำเภอด่านซ้าย จังหวัดเลย ครั้งที่ 2/2568 ณ ห้องประชุมศรีสองรัก ชั้น 5 ศาลากลางจังหวัดเลย มี นายประยูร อรัญรุท รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดเลย เป็นประธานการประชุม
โดยสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 จังหวัดอุดรธานี ได้นำเสนอผลการติดตามการดำเนินโครงการฯ ในปีงบประมาณ 2567 เพื่อให้ทราบถึงปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อเสนอแนะ ในการปรับปรุงแผนการดำเนินงานโครงการฯ ในปีต่อไป และที่ประชุมได้มีการสรุปผลการดำเนินงานโครงการศูนย์พัฒนาปศุสัตว์ฯ ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 และขอให้หน่วยงานเสนอขอสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการพิเศษเพื่อประสานงานโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ (กปร.) และพิจารณาแผนปฏิบัติงาน ปี 2569 เพื่อขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานโครงการฯ
ทั้งนี้คณะกรรมการและคณะทำงานขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานโครงการฯ และผู้แทน กปร. เข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพียง
On August 19, 2025, Ms. Usa Thonapalin, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), assigned Ms. Pawarisa Sirikul, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, together with Mr. Yutthachat Wongpathum, Senior Agricultural Economist, and Ms. Suphakdee Wongwanich, Policy and Plan Analyst, to attend the 2/2025 meeting of the Committee and Working Group for Driving the Royal Initiative Livestock Development Center Project, held at Srisongrak Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Loei Provincial Hall. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Prayoon Aranrut, Deputy Governor of Loei Province.
The Office of Agricultural Economics Region 3, Udon Thani, presented the results of project monitoring for the fiscal year 2024 in order to identify problems, obstacles, and recommendations for improving the project’s implementation plan in the following year. The meeting also summarized the project performance for the fiscal year 2025 and requested relevant agencies to submit budget support proposals to the Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (RDPB), as well as to consider the 2026 action plan for advancing the project’s implementation. The committee, the working group, and the RDPB representatives participated fully in the meeting.
