วันที่ 25 มิถุนายนม 2568 เวลา 13.30 น. นางสาวอุษา โทณผลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 ได้มอบหมายให้ นางสาวกรรณิกา บุญชิต ผู้อำนวยการส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดหนองคาย (SCP) ครั้งที่ 4/2568 ร่วมกับหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ ผู้แทน สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดหนองคาย เพื่อขับเคลื่อนนโยบายของรัฐบาลและของกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในระดับจังหวัดหนองคายและระดับอำเภอ ให้มีความเป็นเอกภาพ และพิจารณาร่างแผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ของจังหวัดหนองคาย (พ.ศ.2566-2570) ฉบับทบทวน ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2570, การจัดทำชุดโครงการบูรณาการพัฒนาการเกษตรของจังหวัด

โดยมี นายจำลักษ์ กันเพ็ชร์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดหนองคาย เป็นประธานการประชุมครั้งนี้ ณ ห้องประชุมพระใส ศาลากลางจังหวัดหนองคาย ชั้น 2 Meeting of the Provincial Agricultural Development Steering Committee (Single Command Province: SCP) Nong Khai Province, 4/2025

On June 25, 2025, at 1:30 p.m., Ms. Usa Thonphalin, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 3, assigned Ms. Kannika Boonchit, Director of the Agricultural Information Division, to attend the 4th meeting of the Provincial Agricultural Development Steering Committee (SCP) of Nong Khai Province for the year 2025.

The meeting was held with heads of government agencies and representatives from departments under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Nong Khai Province. Its purpose was to drive forward government and ministry policies at both provincial and district levels in a unified manner.

The meeting also reviewed the draft Nong Khai Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan (2023–2027), focusing on the revised version for the fiscal year 2027, and discussed the preparation of an integrated project package for agricultural development in the province. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Chamlak Kanphet, Deputy Governor of Nong Khai Province, and took place in the Phrasai Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Nong Khai Provincial Hall.
