วันที่ 13 มิถุนายน 2568 นางสาวอุษา โทณผลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้ นางสาววิภาวี ศรีทาสร้อย ตำแหน่งนักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ ส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร ร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดเลย ผ่าน Zoom Meeting โดยมีนางสาวสุชาดา โฉมเชิด เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเลย เป็นประธานการประชุม โดยมีเรื่องเพื่อทราบและพิจารณา ดังนี้ 1) ข้อมูลจุดความร้อน (Hot Spot) ในพื้นที่เกษตรกรรม 2) การแจ้งปิดหน่วยปฏิบัติการฝนหลวงจังหวัดขอนแก่น 3) การคาดหมายสภาพอากาศในเดือนมิถุนายน 2568 4) สถานการณ์น้ำและการบริหารจัดการน้ำในช่วงฤดูฝน ปี 2568 5) การประกาศเขตพื้นที่ประสบสาธารณภัยและประกาศเขตการให้ความช่วยเหลือ ผู้ประสบภัยพิบัติในเดือนพฤษภาคม 2568 6) การให้ความช่วยเหลือเกษตรกรตามโครงการฟื้นฟูเกษตรกรผู้ประสบอุทกภัย ปี 2567 7) การรายงานสถานการณ์โรคระบาด (ร่าง) แผนป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยด้านการเกษตรในช่วงฤดูฝน ปี 2568 จังหวัดเลยติดตามสถานการณ์ภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตร ด้านอุตุนิยมวิทยา ด้านน้ำ ด้านพืช ด้านประมง ด้านปศุสัตว์ ทั้งนี้มีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและผู้แทนหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในจังหวัดเลยเข้าร่วมประชุม
ROAE 3 attend the meeting of the Loei Provincial Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Resolution Center On June 13, 2025, Miss Usa Thonapalin, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), Assigned to Ms. Wipawee Sritasaroy, position of Policy and Planning Analyst, Agricultural Information Division, attend the meeting of the Loei Provincial Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Resolution Center via Zoom Meeting, chaired by Ms. Suchada Chomchet, Loei Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Office. The meeting included the following matters for consideration: 1) Hot Spot data in agricultural areas 2) Notification of the closure of Royal Rainmaking Operation Unit in Khon Kaen Province 3) Weather forecast in June 2025 4) Water situation and water management during the rainy season of 2025 5) Announcement of disaster-affected areas and announcement of assistance areas Disaster victims in May 2025 6) Assistance to farmers under the rehabilitation project for farmers affected by floods in 2024 7) Reporting on epidemic situations (Draft) plan for prevention and relief of agricultural disasters during the rainy season in 2025. Loei Province monitors the disaster situation in agriculture, meteorology, water, plants, fisheries and livestock. The meeting was attended by heads of government agencies and representatives of agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Loei Province.
