สศท.3 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัด (SCP) จังหวัดนครพนม ครั้งที่ 3/2569

วันที่ 7 กันยายน 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัด (SCP) จังหวัดนครพนม ครั้งที่ 3/2569 ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดนครพนม ชั้น 1 ศาลากลางจังหวัดนครพนม (หลังเดิม) โดยมีนายฉัตรชัย ศรีเฉลา เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดนครพนม เป็นประธานการประชุม ที่ประชุมได้พิจารณาและรับทราบเรื่องสำคัญหลายประเด็น ได้แก่ สถานการณ์ภัยพิบัติด้านพืช ประมง และปศุสัตว์ในจังหวัดนครพนม หลักเกณฑ์วิธีปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับการให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านการเกษตรแก่ผู้ประสบภัยพิบัติกรณีฉุกเฉิน พ.ศ. 2569 การจัดทำปฏิทินผลผลิตสินค้าเกษตรรายเดือนระดับจังหวัด ประจำปี 2569 การแจ้งผลการรับรองมาตรฐานการให้บริการของศูนย์ราชการสะอาด ประจำปี 2569 รวมถึงการขอยกเลิกแปลงใหญ่ อำเภอปลาปาก และผลการดำเนินการจัดชั้นคุณภาพแปลงใหญ่ ตลอดจนผลการถอดบทเรียนแปลงใหญ่ในปี 2569 ครอบคลุมด้านพืช ข้าว ยางพารา ประมง ปศุสัตว์ และ สปก. ในการนี้ มีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและผู้แทนหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในจังหวัดนครพนมเข้าร่วมประชุมโดยพร้อมเพรียงกัน

ROAE3 Participates in the Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee (SCP) Meeting in Nakhon Phanom Province, No. 3/2026

On 7 September 2026, Mr. Pairtorn Silapath, Director of the 3rd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics, attended the Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee (SCP) Meeting No. 3/2026 in Nakhon Phanom Province, held at the meeting room of the Office of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Nakhon Phanom Province, 1st Floor, Nakhon Phanom Provincial Hall (old building). The meeting was chaired by Mr.Chatchai Srichaeo, Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer of Nakhon Phanom.

The meeting considered and acknowledged several key matters, including the disaster situation in the crop, fisheries, and livestock sectors in Nakhon Phanom Province; operational guidelines for providing agricultural assistance to farmers affected by emergency disasters, B.E. 2569 (2026); the preparation of the monthly provincial agricultural production calendar for 2026; the announcement of the results of public service quality certification for the Clean Government Center for 2026; the request to cancel a large-scale farming plot in Amphoe Pla Pak; and the results of the quality classification and lessons learned from large-scale farming plots in 2026, covering crops, rice, rubber, fisheries, livestock, and the Agricultural Land Reform Office (ALRO). Heads of government agencies and representatives of offices under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Nakhon Phanom Province also attended the meeting in full.
