สศท.3 เข้าร่วมประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดนครพนม ครั้งที่ 2/2569

วันที่ 20 กรกฎาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 ได้มอบหมายให้นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล พร้อมด้วยนายธีรวีย์ ศิริภาพงษ์เลิศ เศรษฐกรชำนาญการ เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดนครพนม ครั้งที่ 2/2569 โดยมีนายฉัตรชัย ศรีเฉลา เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดนครพนม เป็นประธาน ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักงานเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดนครพนม ชั้น 1 ศาลากลางจังหวัดนครพนม (หลังเดิม)

ในการประชุมครั้งนี้ มีเรื่องเพื่อทราบ ดังนี้ 1) โครงการสินค้าและบริการมูลค่าสูงสุด 1 ท้องถิ่น 1 สินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูง 2) โครงการร้านอาหารวัตถุดิบปลอดภัยเลือกใช้สินค้า Q (Q Restaurant) ปีงบประมาณ 2569 3) แผนป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยด้านการเกษตร (ช่วงฤดูฝน) ปี 2569 4) ผลการดำเนินงานตามแผนปฏิบัติการด้านการเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ไตรมาส 3 ปีงบประมาณ 2569 และ 5) สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 ได้นำเสนอผลประมาณการภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรจังหวัดนครพนม ไตรมาส 2 ปี 2569 และแนวโน้มปี 2569 และมีเรื่องเพื่อพิจารณา ดังนี้ 1) (ร่าง) แผนพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดนครพนม พ.ศ. 2571-2575 และ 2) (ร่าง) คำสั่งแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการศูนย์เรียนรู้การเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตสินค้าเกษตร (ศพก.) ระดับอำเภอ ชุดใหม่ พ.ศ. 2569-2573 โดยที่ประชุมมีมติเห็นชอบ ทั้งนี้ คณะกรรมการฯ ได้เข้าประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียง

ROAE3 Attends the 2nd/2026 Nakhon Phanom Provincial Agricultural Drive Committee Meeting. On July 20, 2026, Mr.Praitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3, assigned Ms.Pawalisa Sirikul, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, along with Mr.Teeravee Siripaphonglerd, Senior Economist, to attend the 2nd/2026 Nakhon Phanom Provincial Agricultural Drive Committee Meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr.Chatchai Srichalao, Nakhon Phanom Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Officer, at the Meeting Room of the Nakhon Phanom Provincial Office of Agricultural and Cooperatives, 1st Floor, Nakhon Phanom City Hall (Old Building). The key informational matters acknowledged during the session were as follows: 1) The Highest Value Products and Services Project under the “One Local, One High-Value Agricultural Product” initiative; 2) The Q Restaurant Certification Project for FY2026; 3) The 2026 rainy season agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation plan; 4) The progress report on the Agricultural and Cooperative Action Plan implementation for Q3/FY2026; and 5) ROAE3’s presentation on the Q2/2026 Nakhon Phanom agricultural economic outlook and trends for 2026. Additionally, the meeting reviewed and approved two key items: 1) The draft Nakhon Phanom Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan (2028–2032); and 2) The draft order appointing the new committee members for the Learning Center for Increasing Agricultural Product Production Efficiency at the district level for the 2026–2030 term. The committee members attended the session in full.
