วันที่ 14 พฤษภาคม 2568 นางสาวอุษา โทณผลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้ นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล เข้าร่วมงาน Kick off การมอบโฉนดต้นไม้และโฉนดต้นยางพารา ณ หอประชุมสำนักศิลปะและวัฒนธรรม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏอุดรธานี โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก ศ.ดร.นฤมล ภิญโญสินวัฒน์ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เป็นประธานในพิธีของส่วนกลาง และนายณัฐพงศ์ คำวงศ์ปิน รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นประธานในพิธีของจังหวัดอุดรธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อมอบโฉนดต้นไม้และต้นยางพาราให้แก่เกษตรกรในเขตปฏิรูปที่ดิน และสร้างความรู้ ความเข้าใจแนวทางการขับเคลื่อนงานในการเพิ่มศักยภาพและเพิ่มมูลค่าโฉนดต้นไม้และโฉนดต้น

OAE Region 3 Participates in the Kick-off Ceremony for Issuing Tree and Rubber Tree Deeds

On May 14, 2025, Ms.Usa Tonaphalin, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 3 (ROAE3), assigned Ms. Pawalisa Sirikul, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division, to participate in the kick-off ceremony for the issuance of tree and rubber tree deeds. The event was held at the Art and Culture Auditorium, Udon Thani Rajabhat University.

The central ceremony was presided over by Professor Dr.Narumon Pinyosinwat, Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, while the provincial ceremony in Udon Thani was chaired by Mr.Nattapong Kumwongpin, Deputy Governor of Udon Thani Province.

The event aimed to distribute tree and rubber tree deeds to farmers in land reform areas and to raise awareness and understanding of how to enhance the value and potential of these deeds.

The ceremony was organized in two formats:

1. The central event at the Center for Promotion and Development of Non-agricultural Occupations in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province.

2. Regional events in every province, with a live broadcast from the central event to all regional venues. Farmers, executives, and officials from agencies under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives participated in the event.
