สศท.3 เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดเลย ครั้งที่ 1/2569

วันอังคารที่ 24 มีนาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้นางสาววิภาวี ศรีทาสร้อย นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ ส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดเลย ครั้งที่ 1/2569 ผ่าน Zoom Meeting โดยมีนางสาวสุชาดา โฉมเชิด เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเลย เป็นประธานที่ประชุม โดยมีวาระเพื่อทราบ และเพื่อพิจารณา ดังนี้

1. หลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ เงื่อนไข การใช้จ่ายเงินทดรองราชการเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยพิบัติ กรณีฉุกเฉิน พ.ศ. 2569

2.ข้อมูลจุดความร้อน (Hot Spot) ในพื้นที่เกษตรกรรมจังหวัดเลย ปี 2568/69

3.ข้อมูลพื้นที่เสี่ยงขาดแคลนน้ำในพื้นที่การเกษตรนอกเขตชลประทานของจังหวัดเลย

4.การคาดหมายสภาพอากาศในเดือนเมษายน 2569 จังหวัดเลย

5.สถานการณ์น้ำและการบริหารจัดการน้ำในช่วงฤดูแล้ง ปี 2568/69 จังหวัดเลย

6.การประกาศเขตพื้นที่ประสบสาธารณภัย/เขตการให้ความช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยพิบัติ กรณีฉุกเฉิน ในห้วงเดือนมกราคม – มีนาคม 2569

7.การรายงานสถานการณ์โรคระบาดและการแจ้งเตือนภัยการเกษตร

8.การเตรียมการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยแล้ง ปี 2568/69

9.การรายงานผลตามแผนปฏิบัติงานการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาการเผาในพื้นที่ เกษตรกรรม ปี 2568/69 จังหวัดเลย

ทั้งนี้มีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและผู้แทนหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในจังหวัดเลย เข้าร่วมประชุม

ROAE 3 attend the meeting of the Loei Provincial Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Resolution Center.

On Tuesday, March 24, 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silaphat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), assigned Ms. Wipawee Sritasoy, Senior Professional Policy and Plan Analyst of the Agricultural Information Section, to attend the 1/2026 Meeting of the Committee for Monitoring and Resolving Agricultural Disaster Problems, Loei Province. The meeting was conducted via Zoom Meeting and presided over by Ms. Suchada Chomcherd, the Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer of Loei.

The meeting addressed several key agendas for acknowledgment and consideration as follows:

1. Guidelines, methods, and conditions for the utilization of government contingency funds for emergency disaster relief (2026).

2. Data on thermal hotspots within the agricultural areas of Loei Province for the 2025/26 period.

3. Identification of agricultural areas at risk of water shortages outside the irrigation zones of Loei Province.

4. Weather forecasts for Loei Province for the month of April 2026.

5. Current water situation and water resource management strategies during the 2025/26 dry season in Loei Province.

6. The official declaration of public disaster areas and the designation of emergency relief zones during the period of January to March 2026.

7. Reporting on disease outbreak situations and agricultural hazard warnings.

8. Preparedness and mitigation measures for the 2025/26 drought.

9. Progress reports on the operational plan for preventing and addressing agricultural burning for the 2025/26 period in Loei Province.

The meeting was attended by heads of government agencies and representatives from departments under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives in Loei Province.
