สศท.3 เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดบึงกาฬ ครั้งที่ 1/2569

วันศุกร์ที่ 20 มีนาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้นางสาววิภาวี ศรีทาสร้อย นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ ส่วนสารสนเทศการเกษตร เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการศูนย์ติดตามและแก้ไขปัญหาภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตรจังหวัดบึงกาฬ ครั้งที่1/2569 ผ่าน Zoom Meeting โดยมีนางวราภรณ์ พรหมจักรเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดบึงกาฬ เป็นประธานที่ประชุม โดยมีวาระเพื่อทราบ และเพื่อพิจารณา ดังนี้

1. รายงานสภาพอากาศ

2. รายงานสถานการณ์น้ำและบริหารจัดการน้ำ

3. การเฝ้าระวังภัยด้านการเกษตรและสถานการณ์โรคระบาด

4. ผลการดำเนินงานตามมาตรการรับมือสถานการณ์ไฟป่า หมอกควัน และฝุ่นละอองขนาดเล็ก (PM2.5) ปี 2569

5. การรับมือสถานการณ์ภัยแล้งและภัยพิบัติด้านการเกษตร จังหวัดบึงกาฬ ปี 2569

6. พิจารณาทบทวนและบูรณาการแผนเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือสถานการณ์ ภัยแล้งด้านการเกษตร จังหวัดบึงกาฬ ประจำปี 2569

ทั้งนี้มีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและผู้แทนหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ในจังหวัดบึงกาฬเข้าร่วมประชุม

ROAE 3 attend the meeting of the Bueng Kan Provincial Agricultural Disaster Monitoring and Resolution Center

On Friday, March 20, 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silaphat, Director of the the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), assigned Ms. Wipawee Sritasoy, Senior Professional Policy and Plan Analyst of the Agricultural Information Section, to participate in the 1/2026 Meeting of the Committee for Monitoring and Resolving Agricultural Disaster Problems, Bueng Kan Province. The meeting was conducted via Zoom Meeting and presided over by Ms. Waraporn Promchak, the Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer of Bueng Kan.

The meeting’s agenda for acknowledgment and consideration included the following key matters:

1. Weather Forecast Report: Analysis of current and upcoming meteorological conditions.

2. Water Situation and Management: Reporting on water levels and strategic water resource distribution.

3. Agricultural Hazard Surveillance: Monitoring of agricultural disasters and the status of disease outbreaks.

4. Wildfire and Air Quality Measures: Reviewing the performance of measures implemented to combat forest fires, haze, and particulate matter (PM2.5) for the year 2026.

5. Drought Response Guidelines: Strategies for managing drought and agricultural disasters in Bueng Kan Province for 2026.

6. Integrated Preparedness Planning: Deliberation and review of the integrated plan for drought preparedness and response in the agricultural sector of Bueng Kan Province for the 2026 fiscal year. The meeting was attended by heads of government agencies and representatives from departments under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives within the province.
