วันที่ 27 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล รักษาราชการแทนผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้ นางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการพัฒนาการเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดบึงกาฬ (อ.พ.ก) ครั้งที่ 2/2568 ณ ห้องประชุมสิรินธรวัลลี ชั้น 4 ศาลากลางจังหวัดบึงกาฬ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดบึงกาฬ โดยมี นายนคร ศิริปริญญานันท์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดบึงกาฬ รักษาราชการแทนผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดบึงกาฬ เป็นประธานการประชุม เพื่อร่วมกันพิจารณาการจัดทำปฏิทินผลผลิตสินค้าเกษตรรายเดือนระดับจังหวัด เพื่อการบริหารจัดการความมั่นคงอาหารและโภชนาการ ประจำปี 2568
ซึ่งในการประชุมครั้งนี้ นางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ ได้นำเสนอ ภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรของจังหวัดบึงกาฬ ไตรมาส 3 ปี 2568 และแนวโน้มปี 2568 และนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาเกษตรอินทรีย์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร เพื่อที่ประชุมรับทราบและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อไป ทั้งนี้มีคณะอนุกรรมการฯ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ในระดับจังหวัด เข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียงกัน
ROAE3 Participates in the 2/2025 Meeting of the Bueng Kan Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Committee
On November 27, 2025, Ms. Pawarisa Sirikul, Acting Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3), assigned Ms. Narinpat Lakapunrat, Senior Professional Level Policy and Planning Analyst of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Division, to attend the Second Meeting of the Bueng Kan Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Development Committee for 2025.
The meeting was held at the Sirindhorn Wanlee Conference Room, 4th Floor, Bueng Kan Provincial Hall, Mueang District, Bueng Kan Province. Mr. Nakhon Siripanyanan, Deputy Governor of Bueng Kan Province, presided over the meeting on behalf of the Governor of Bueng Kan Province. The purpose of the meeting was to jointly consider the preparation of a monthly provincial agricultural product calendar for food and nutrition security management in 2025. During the meeting, Ms. Narinpat Lakapunrat presented the Gross Provincial Product (GPP) of Bueng Kan Province for the third quarter of 2025 and the outlook for the entire year, as well as approaches for developing organic agriculture for agro-tourism. This information was presented for the committee’s acknowledgement and for relevant agencies to utilize accordingly.
