วันที่ 19 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นางอาทิตยา ดวงจันทา รักษาราชการแทนผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 และ นางสาวนันทพัชญ์ แซ่ตั้ง นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ เข้าร่วมการประชุมคณะกรรมการขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับจังหวัดและประธานคณะทำงานขับเคลื่อนงานด้านการเกษตรระดับอำเภอ (ผ่านระบบ Zoom Meeting) โดยมีนางสาวสุชาดา โฉมเชิด เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดเลย เป็นประธานการประชุม เพื่อรับทราบและพิจารณา โดยมีวาระเพื่อพิจารณาที่สำคัญ จำนวน 5 เรื่อง ดังนี้
1) การจัดทำข้อมูลปฏิทินผลผลิตสินค้าเกษตรรายเดือนระดับจังหวัด ปี 2569
2) การจัดทำชุดข้อมูลแผนพัฒนาการเกษตรระดับหมู่บ้าน ปี 2569
3) โครงการสินค้าเกษตรและบริการมูลค่าสูง 1 ท้องถิ่น 1 สินค้าเกษตรมูลค่าสูง ปี 2569
4) พิจารณาแนวทางการดำเนินโครงการปรับโครงสร้างและระบบการผลิตการเกษตร (คปร.) และโครงการแผนฟื้นฟูการเกษตร (ผกก.)/สนง.เกษตรจังหวัดเลย
5) การขับเคลื่อนแผนปฏิบัติการด้านการจัดการด้านอาหารของประเทศไทยระดับจังหวัด ซึ่งในการประชุมครั้งนี้ นางสาวนันทพัชญ์ แซ่ตั้ง นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ ได้นำเสนอ ภาวะเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ไตรมาส 3 ปี 2568 และแนวโน้ม ปี 2568 จังหวัดเลย เพื่อที่ประชุมรับทราบและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ต่อไป ในการนี้ มีคณะกรรมการฯ หัวหน้าส่วนราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่สังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ ในระดับจังหวัดและระดับอำเภอ เข้าร่วมประชุมอย่างพร้อมเพรียงกัน
ROAE3 Attends the Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee Meeting and the District Agricultural Steering Working Group Meeting (via Zoom Meeting)
On 19 November 2025, Mrs. Athitaya Doungjunta, Acting Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3), together with Miss. Nanthaphat Saetang, Plan and Policy Analyst, Professional Level, attended the Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee Meeting and the District Agricultural Steering Working Group Meeting, conducted via Zoom Meeting. The session was chaired by Miss. Suchada Chomchoet, Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer of Loei.
The meeting aimed to acknowledge and consider several key agenda items, totaling five topics:
1. Preparation of the Monthly Provincial Agricultural Production Calendar for 2026
2. Compilation of the Village-Level Agricultural Development Plan Database for 2026
3. High-Value Agricultural Products and Services Project: One Locality, One High-Value Agricultural Product (2026)
4. Consideration of implementation guidelines for the Agricultural Structure and Production System Adjustment Project (ASPA) and the Agricultural Recovery Plan (ARP) / Office of Provincial Agriculture, Loei
5. Implementation of the Provincial Food Management Action Plan
During the meeting, Miss. Nanthaphat Saetang presented the Agricultural Economic Conditions for Q3/2025 and the Outlook for 2025 in Loei Province, for the committee’s acknowledgment and for relevant agencies to further utilize. The meeting was attended by committee members, heads of government agencies, and officials under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives at both provincial and district levels.
