สศท.3 ลงพื้นที่ สำรวจข้อมูลผลกระทบสภาพภูมิอากาศต่อเกษตรกร ปีงบประมาณ 2569หนังสือสถิติการเกษตรของประเทศไทย 2568

ระหว่างวันที่ 19 – 29 มีนาคม 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) มอบหมายให้ นางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ พร้อมด้วย นายธนกร อึ้งดำรงกุล นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนปฏิบัติการ สังกัดส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่สำรวจและจัดเก็บข้อมูลในพื้นที่จังหวัดสกลนคร ภายใต้โครงการศึกษาการจัดการความเปราะบางและการปรับตัวของเกษตรกรต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการสำรวจและเก็บข้อมูลเกษตรกรที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ รวมถึงผู้ที่ประสบภัยพิบัติซ้ำซากในพื้นที่ การดำเนินงานครั้งนี้ได้รับความร่วมมืออย่างดียิ่งจากเกษตรกรและหน่วยงานในพื้นที่ สศท.3 ขอขอบคุณทุกภาคส่วนที่ให้การสนับสนุนและอำนวยความสะดวกมา ณ โอกาสนี้

ROAE 3 Conducts Field Survey on Farmers’ Climate Change Vulnerability and Adaptation — FY 2026

During March 19 – 29, 2026, Mr. Phaitoon Silaphat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), assigned Ms. Narinpat Lekapunrat, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, together with Mr. Thanakorn Ungdumrongkul, Policy and Plan Analyst from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, to conduct a field survey in Sakon Nakhon Province.

Under the project on studying vulnerability management and farmers’ adaptation to climate change, the field mission focused on collecting data from farmers affected by climate change as well as those repeatedly impacted by natural disasters in the area. The mission was carried out with excellent cooperation from local farmers and relevant agencies. OAE Region 3 would like to express sincere gratitude to all parties for their valuable support and facilitation.
