สศท.3 ลงพื้นที่ สำรวจข้อมูลผลกระทบสภาพภูมิอากาศต่อเกษตรกร ปีงบประมาณ 2569

ระหว่างวันที่ 4 – 9 เมษายน 2569 และ 22 – 29 เมษายน 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) มอบหมายให้ นางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ พร้อมด้วย นายธนกร อึ้งดำรงกุล นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนปฏิบัติการ และ นางสาวศิรินภา เถาโคตศรี เจ้าหน้าที่วิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผน สังกัดส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ลงพื้นที่สำรวจและจัดเก็บข้อมูลในพื้นที่จังหวัดอุดรธานี สกลนคร และนครพนม

ภายใต้โครงการศึกษาการจัดการความเปราะบางและการปรับตัวของเกษตรกรต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการสำรวจและเก็บข้อมูลเกษตรกรที่ได้รับผลกระทบจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ รวมถึงผู้ที่ประสบภัยพิบัติซ้ำซากในพื้นที่

การดำเนินงานครั้งนี้ได้รับความร่วมมืออย่างดียิ่งจากเกษตรกรและหน่วยงานในพื้นที่ สศท.3 ขอขอบคุณทุกภาคส่วนที่ให้การสนับสนุนและอำนวยความสะดวกมา ณ โอกาสนี้

ROAE 3 Conducts Field Survey on the Impacts of Climate Change on Farmers for Fiscal Year 2026

During 4–9 April 2026 and 22–29 April 2026, Mr. Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), assigned Ms. Narinpat Lakapunrat, Senior Policy and Plan Analyst, together with Mr. Thanakorn Ungdumrongkul, Policy and Plan Analyst and Ms. Sirinapha Thaokhotsri, Service Contractor Policy and Plan Analyst, under the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Division, to conduct field surveys and collect data in Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, and Nakhon Phanom provinces.

Under the project on studying vulnerability management and farmers’ adaptation to climate change, this field mission focused on surveying and collecting data from farmers affected by climate change, including those experiencing recurring natural disasters in the area. This operation received excellent cooperation from farmers and local agencies. the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 would like to express sincere appreciation to all sectors for their support and facilitation on this occasion.
