สศท.3 ร่วมเสวนาในงาน “เกษตรมูลค่าสูงในอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขง” จังหวัดนครพนม ครั้งที่ 27

วันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 นายพีรพันธ์ คอทอง เลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร มอบหมายให้ นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล ผู้อำนวยการส่วนวิจัยและประเมินผล รักษาราชการแทนผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) ร่วมเสวนาในงาน “เกษตรมูลค่าสูงในอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มน้ำโขง” ครั้งที่ 27 ณ ห้องประชุมพนมนาคา คณะเกษตรและเทคโนโลยี มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม โดยมีนายพงศ์ไท ไทโยธิน ผู้ตรวจราชการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เป็นประธาน และนายฉัตรชัย ศรีเฉลา เกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดนครพนม เป็นผู้ดำเนินรายการ

โดยนางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล รักษาราชการแทน ผอ.สศท.3 ได้บรรยายและแลกเปลี่ยนในเรื่องความสำคัญของเศรษฐกิจในอนุภูมิภาคลุ่มแม่น้ำโขง (GMS) การพัฒนาการเกษตรตามกรอบยุทธศาสตร์ความร่วมมือ GMS 2030 มุ่งเน้นการปฏิรูประบบเกษตรและอาหารเพื่อความยั่งยืน (Agri-food systems transformation) โดยกระทรวงเกษตรมีทิศทางพัฒนายกระดับสู่ “เกษตรมูลค่าสูง” ที่คำนึงถึงความสมดุลทางเศรษฐกิจและความยั่งยืนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และโอกาสทางการตลาดสินค้าเกษตรใน GMS รวมทั้งผลการศึกษาต้นทุนส่วนเพิ่มของการลดการปล่อยก๊าซเรือนกระจกของสินค้าข้าว ข้าวโพดเลี้ยงสัตว์ และปาล์มน้ำมัน และผลการศึกษาโอกาสในการส่งออกสินค้าเกษตรไปจีนผ่านระบบรางจีน – ลาว และพฤติกรรมการบริโภคทุเรียนของจีน และมีภาคเอกชนที่ร่วมเสวนาร่วมอีก 4 ท่าน ได้แก่

1) คุณวรพนธ์ บุตรธิเดช ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดนครพนม

2) คุณพุทธ วิศรุตมัย ประธานสภาอุตสาหกรรมจังหวัดมุกดาหาร ในฐานะผู้แทนการตลาดสินค้าข้าว

3) คุณรัฐวิรุฬห์ ชาญจึงถาวร กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท พรีเมียร์ควอลิตี้สตาร์ช จำกัด (มหาชน) ในฐานะผู้แทนการตลาดสินค้ามันสำปะหลัง

4) คุณพงศธร เพชราเวช ผู้จัดการฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และคุณรัชพล ศิริบูรณ์ ผู้จัดการฝ่าย stainability บริษัท เอ็นเทคโพลิเมอร์ จำกัด ในฐานะผู้แทนการตลาดสินค้ายางพารา ทั้งนี้ มีส่วนราชการที่เกี่ยวข้องในระดับจังหวัดและระดับอำเภอ และเกษตรกรเข้าร่วมงานเสวนารวมจำนวน 100 คน

ROAE 3 Joins Panel Discussion at 27th “High-Value Agriculture in the Greater Mekong Subregion” event in Nakhon Phanom

February 23, 2026 – Mr. Peeraphan Korthong, Secretary General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, assigned Ms. Pawalisa Sirikul, Director of the Research and Evaluation Division and Acting Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), participated in a panel discussion at the 27th “High-Value Agriculture in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS)” event. The session was held at the Phanom Naka Meeting Room, Faculty of Agriculture and Technology, Nakhon Phanom University. The event was presided over by Mr. Pongthai Taiyothin, Inspector General of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, and moderated by Mr. Chatchai Srichalao, Nakhon Phanom Provincial Agricultural and Cooperatives Officer.

During the session, Ms. Pawalisa highlighted the economic significance of the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) and agricultural development under the GMS 2030 Strategic Framework. This framework focuses on agri-food systems transformation to ensure sustainability. She noted that the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives is pivoting toward “High-Value Agriculture,” balancing economic growth with environmental sustainability. Additionally, she shared insights on GMS market opportunities and research findings regarding the marginal cost of reducing greenhouse gas emissions for rice, maize, and oil palm. The discussion also covered Chinese durian consumption trends, based on a study of export opportunities via the China-Laos Railway.

The panel featured four distinguished private sector representatives:

1. Mr. Woraphon Butthidet, Chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), Nakhon Phanom Chapter.

2. Mr. Phut Wisarutmai, Chairman of FTI Mukdahan Chapter, representing the rice market.

3. Mr. Ratthawirut Chanchuengthaworn, Managing Director of Premier Quality Starch Public Company Limited, representing the cassava market.

4. Mr. Pongsathorn Petcharawet, Purchasing Manager, and Mr. Ratchapol Siriboon, Sustainability Manager of Entech Polymer Co., Ltd., representing the rubber market. The event was attended by approximately 100 participants, including provincial and district-level government officials and local farmers.
