วันอังคารที่ 12 สิงหาคม 2568 นางสาวอุษา โทณผลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้ นายยุทธชาติ วงศ์ประทุม เศรษฐกรชำนาญการพิเศษ และนางสาวศศิมา สุริโยทัย เจ้าพนักงานธุรการชำนาญงาน เข้าร่วมพิธีร่วมพิธีถวายเครื่องราชสักการะและวางพานพุ่ม(พานพุ่มทอง -พุ่มเงิน) พร้อมทั้งเข้าร่วมพิธีจุดเทียนถวายพระพรชัยมงคล เฉลิมพระเกียรติสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง เนื่องในโอกาสวันเฉลิมพระชนมพรรษา 12 สิงหาคม 2568 ณ หอประชุมทองใหญ่ ศาลากลาง จังหวัดอุดรธานีโดยมีนายราชันย์ ซุ้นหั้ว ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นประธานในพิธี การเข้าร่วมครั้งนี้ เพื่อแสดงความจงรักภักดีอันแน่วแน่และสำนึกในพระมหากรุณาธิคุณอันหาที่สุดมิได้ และพระคุณูปการอันประเสริฐของพระองค์ท่าน

The Office of Agricultural Economics Region 3 Participates in Activities Honoring Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother on the Auspicious Occasion of Her Royal Birthday, August 12, 2025, Udon Thani Province

On Tuesday, August 12, 2025, Ms Usa Thonapalin Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3),designated Mr. Yoothachat Wongpratum, Senior Professional Economist, and Miss Sasima Suriyothai General Service Officer, Experienced Level, to participate in the ceremonial presentation of royal tribute and the laying of floral arrangements (golden and silver), as well as to join the candlelighting ceremony offering auspicious blessings in honor of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother on the gracious occasion of Her Royal Birthday, August 12, 2025, at Thong Yai Hall, Provincial Hall, Udon Thani Province.

This participation served to demonstrate unwavering loyalty and profound gratitude for Her Majesty’s immeasurable royal benevolence and gracious virtues. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Rachan Sunhua, Governor of Udon Thani Province.
